Was charged $2800 for a transmission to be rebuilt and installed into my car. When the car was returned, it was not running correctly. In requesting assistance, I was told to submit the receipt for the subsequent repair and the company has not paid nor expressed any will to pay. When the transmission was replaced, the starter had to be removed. When the car was inspected, Performance Transmission had used "swing set bolts" to put my starter back on. The V8 engine kicked those bolts out and caused damage and repair costs of $1900. The flywheel and starter were damaged and took weeks to correct. I am looking for the reimbursement of the $1900 paid to re-repair the car after their work.

As I told you on the phone *** Suburban was toed to our shop at two o'clock it would not move forward or backwards she had to find someone to help pay for transmission this was on Friday went to work on the Surburban at 3:30 PM and staed late so she could leave on Saterday I made two or three trips to motel because their was about 10 people to go to motel we gave the car to her at 12 noon Saterday
About the bolts in starter we put back the same bolts that came out of starter we did the people a faver by getting them back on the road so they would not have to stay in the motel more than one night
We always put the same bolts back in the car that come out of the car
