Customer needs to provide us with an invoice so we can look at what was ordered We sell as many as to various engines a month All engines are sold as a "long block" We do not sell accessories nor do we advertise accessories The customer must install their own water pump, intake manifold, headers, sensors, fuel injectors These are complete long block assembliesSee attachment of screenshot from our website No where do we advertise accessory package Customer states that header did not fit properly - If this was the case the header should have been returned for a replacement headerSee attached return policy Performance does not manufacture the header If the part is defective, we will stand behind the manufacturer for replacement parts The customer telling us months after purchase does not help us to resolve the situation Customer states that his computer programmer is not working properly - again see attached return policy If the programmer cannot communicate with the customer's ECM, it is not a problem with the programmer it is an issue within the ECM All ECM units can be sent in to SCT to be tested for malfunctions If the customer had followed the return policy procedures this too could have been addressed This customer complaining is about after-market products installed on our engine The customer is not complaining about engine performance, engine function, or anything else related to the engine Performance sold to him He is stating that the engine is running warm and in many cases if the engine is not programmed properly for the upgraded performance products the motor could run warm because it is not running at optimal performance Warranty card was not filled out or returned Performance receives up to emails a day and upwards of phone calls a month It is very difficult to respond to someone who does not follow the proper warranty guidelines See attached warranty The customer can fill out the proper warranty paperwork and follow the return policy and we can help them process the computer programer and the header warranty with our partnering manufacturing companies As a reminder those products were not made by Performance therefore we have to follow their guidelines for warranty and returns Engine shipping - all engines are palletized, banded and shrink wrapped See attached pictures If something was damaged in shipping Performance need to know right away and the customer must provide detailed photos to us in order to begin the claim process with our shipper

TO: Revdex.comFrom: PerformanceID#: [redacted] This customer ordered a camshaft kit These kits are matched and cannot be partially returned If full refund is requested then the complete kit must be returned The customer states the fan kit is incorrect – simply return and a refund will be issued The air intake was on backorder and Performance has no control over that The customer stated that he did not want to wait for the air intake so we will refund customer
