I am rejecting this response because:
*** *** did ABSOLUTELY nothing to correct their actions towards me*** *** did not even attempt to contact me and discuss my complaint and the issues I was having with themI had to call from a
different phone number just so they would answer my call because all my calls from my cell phone were being sent straight to voicemail for over a weekThis only confirmed that I was dealing with a very rude and unprofessional companyI made that payment because, as I stated with the representative from *** ***, I wanted to payoff my student loan debtInterest on that debt was increasing dailyThe amount that *** *** states that I owed was the increased amount of interest because they refused to take my payment to pay off initiallyI feel that I should not have paid any fees for *** ***! *** *** should be sending me a refund for over two hundred dollars because they did nothing but stress me out and give me a hard time when all I was trying to do was the right thing*** *** doesn’t care about customer service and that’s why I do not accept the fact that they did NOTHING! This resolution is what I did so I wouldn’t have to deal with them againThis is not the resolution that I wanted!

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: college assist cfo Nicole *** has confirmed to us, along with performant rep Haley *** who is named in their response, as well as performant manager Andrea *** - that the loan WAS NEVER recalled This
was a clear lie intended to mislead us Additionally, if the loan HAD been recalled as stated in the response, why did performant then attempt to CASH the check they were allegedly not allowed to receive days after they received it and they gave us incorrect information as to where a check directly to college assist would have been supposed to go since the lender confirms they never received that second checkPerformant then waited TWO MONTHS to tell us the payoff check had bounced (because it was cancelled since they told us to send the check elsewhere)TWO MONTHS of ignoring repeated requests for confirmation the payoff was doneThey have done everything possible to drag this loan out and keep it from being paid off, while stealing extra money in alleged interest and from our tax return which they have no intention of returning College Assist acknowledges all of this to be the fault of Performant and has agreed to refund us that extra money since it was never applied.
