Sir, I will put my response in a few words by stating that since the fragrance is discontinued, and generally discontinued fragrances are not sold by my distributor , I too buy it from...

               My cost for the same is about $59.00 with tax and I profited about $35.00 in this transaction.
 
               I pay $3700.00 for rent per month at the GALLERIA MALL ROSEVILLE and not in the FLEE MARKET where the rent is $300.00 per month.
 
               Closing my statement, I leave the decision in the hands of Revdex.com as you people get a lot of complaints like this, and know how to handle it in the best possible manner.
 
                I will comply with all decisions taken by Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because:
 
The reason the vendor is using for this type of sales deception is ridiculous.  The INTENT this man used was deceptive.  He LIED and told me this fragrance was no longer being exported/imported.  I really do not care that he pays high rent at the Galleria Mall, I am sure [redacted] pays overhead costs as well as they are still offering this fragrance to customers in the US.  I would like this complaint to remain in this vendors file for future customers who utilize the Revdex.com and the information the Revdex.com provides.  This man alone makes me never want to return to the Galleria Mall.

Review: On 8/21/14, I was at the Galleria Mall and stopped by the Perfumart and spoke with [redacted] (owner). I wanted to buy a 2.0 oz bottle of [redacted] original women's perfume. This retailer has NO prices listed on his merchandise - no prices shown what so ever. He justs throws a price at you based on how you look, how much shopping you are doing etc. This man sold me a bottle of perfume for $95.00 and was pressuring me to buy 2 bottles at $95.00 each. I reluctantly bought one bottle and now I am so upset as when I went on the [redacted] website, this exact perfume is sold directly for a mere $54.00 (see below).Product DescriptionL[redacted] 1-5 business days Details $54.00Desired Settlement: I would like a store credit issued for the huge difference in price. I also would like this complaint to be kept on file as this is a serious matter. Lying and charging your customers exorbitantly is something consumers should be aware of prior to dealing with the retailer.
