This store is over charging customers 200 to 300 percent over retail. Don't go in store unless you already know the price of the item you're looking for.

Review: The perfume I purchased is out of date and therefore the quality is greatly diminished. Because it has gone well beyond the shelf life the scent is impure and unattractive. The store that sold it to me is advertised as a "Premium Outlet", which I now feel is deceitful. The price was only slightly less than it would be at a "high end store".Desired Settlement: I believe the business owes me an exchange of the equal value, such as a newer bottle of this perfume, "Juicy Couture" or a bottle of another perfume of equal value (to what an fresh perfume should be at this value). The one I purchased cost $68.90.

Review: While browsing at the mall for Father's Day gifts I was approached by a worker at the Perfume Collection. She showed me a product similar to what I had just purchased from another store. After explaining the size and "sale" the deal would be better. I discussed with her that the cologne was a leap for a gift that it is not used often by the recipient and my be returned. She stated that the product could be brought back within 14 days. Only after checking out and arriving home did I see on the receipt that all sales were final. She did not state that when I discussed with her the questionable use of the gift and that it may be returned. When I called later that day, I spoke to a woman who answered and she stated that [redacted] was not there, she was on break. When I explained the situation she the stated she actually was [redacted] and did not remember the conversation regarding the return and that all sales are final; the "system does not allow returns" and the item could only be exchanged. The conversation prior to purchase clearly indicated that I was going out on a limb buying cologne and may return if the person receiving was not receptive to that gift. I was NOT told I could exchange only or I would have not purchased there as I had already bought the same gift at Macy's which allows returns. [redacted] was not truthful with the transaction and did remember the sale. She indicated she did not charge tax for the purchase, another method in addition to the "sale" and the ability to return in 14 days to get me to buy another bottle of cologne. She stated it could be returned in 14 days. She did NOT state it was exchange only.Desired Settlement: I want to return the unused product that the recipient did not like.

Review: I purchased two "alleged sterling silver" nameplates that I had made for my two daughters as Christmas gifts on December 23, 2012. When my daughters took attempted to wear their nameplates for the 1st time they were extremely tarnished. I called this establishment on February 16, 2013. At first I was told that they didn't make nameplates there. So, I hung-up and re-dialed the same number thinking that perhaps I had dialed the wrong number, and asked for [redacted], the gentleman who made the nameplates and I was told he wasn't in; thus, after confirming that this was the right establishment, I voiced my concerns and the employee took my name and number and stated they would pass it along to [redacted]. Needless to say, [redacted] never returned my call. So, on February 23, 2013 I returned to this establishment to voice my concerns, show them the products that had tarnished, and to request a refund. I was treated so rudely that it's unbelievable. First of all, employee [redacted], who originally took my money and order for the jewelry in December found my complaints and the entire situation absolutely hilarious as she kept laughing in my face as I'm there complaining about Christmas gifts. Then I'm told that they don't give refunds and that the products probably need to be polished and I reply they haven't been worn yet so they shouldn't be tarnished. I also ask if they can polish them and they say they can't polish them, but that if I want to pay the difference they can make gold ones as replacements. Finally, I again give them my name and number and I'm told they will let [redacted] know. As of this date, I've still not gotten a courtesy call from [redacted]. I would also like to state that nowhere on my receipts does it state 'no refunds'.Desired Settlement: DUE TO PRODUCTS TARNISHING, NO APOLOGY, AND NO REGARD TOWARD ME AS A PAYING CUSTOMER I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND FOR THE TWO NAMEPLATES I HAD MADE AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS: $29.99 + TAX FOR "[redacted]" & $35.00 + TAX FOR "[redacted]". IF THEIR PRODUCTS WERE NON-REFUNDABLE THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEARLY NOTED AT TIME OF PURCHASE OR ON MY RECEIPT.
