Perfume Empire

I made a small purchase, approx $20. from this company.
A box arrived in approx a week. The box was so lightweight. It felt empty, so I took video of the box opening.

As you’ll see, inside the box there was a little piece of bubble wrap, a label, and no perfume.

I contacted Perfume Empire. They told me a crock of lies, refused to refund, and told me that my mail carrier must have stolen the perfume.

I have since escalated my complaint to the credit card company.

Please see Perfume Empire’s eBay feedback. They have over 625 NEGATIVE feedback during the last-six months. I feel stupid that I didn’t check before making this small purchase.

Most are that this company sold them knock off crap, but there are others who were also send empty boxes.

I guess they’ll tell us all about this gang of mailmen who open boxes, steal perfume bottles, then perfectly reseal the boxes.

Avoid this company.
No one needs this genre or bt in their lives.

Ordered a 30 dollar perfume never received it ive wrote them about 7 emails and nothing no refund no response this place is a scam

Perfume Empire has ignored 4 emails in attempt to peacefully resolve false advertising issue and refusing to refund my money.
These are the previous emails I have sent to Perfume Empire without response.

1st and 2nd email (sent 12/4/18 & 12/6/18)
To Whom It May Concern,
This is my 2nd email I am sending since I did not receive a response to the 1st email. I would appreciate a timely response to this issue, especially since I need this resolved by Christmas. A copy of the 1st email follows...

I ordered the *** Perfume women 3.3 oz under the impression that the perfume would come with a butterfly cap as displayed on your website. The picture sent with my email shows that I did not receive a butterfly cap with the website order displayed in the background with a butterfly cap. I am very disappointed that the perfume did not come with a butterfly cap and I would still like to receive the purple butterfly cap as this is a very important part of a Christmas gift. I am satisfied with the perfume but really need the butterfly cap to complete this. Please let me know how this can be resolved both fairly and peacefully. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

To Whom It May Concern:
This is my third email regarding this issue. Again, I ordered the *** Perfume for women 3.3 oz under the impression that the perfume bottle would come with a butterfly cap as displayed on your website. I am very disappointed with the false advertising and failure to respond to prior emails. Your website says...
"At Perfume Empire we have a commitment to authentic products and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction."
Because nobody has responded to my previous 2 emails and the lack of authenticity (no butterfly cap as displayed on your website), I will be returning the perfume (completely unused) in the original packaging and I am requesting that $15.82 + my shipping cost to return this product (noted on the postage stamp) be refunded to me.
In the event that Perfume Empire is non-compliant regarding my requested refund (including my shipping cost to return this product), I will not hesitate to pursue legal action by reporting these incidents to the Federal Trade Commission, whose duty is to prevent unfair and deceptive trade practices, including deceptive advertising. If I do not receive a response to this email within 48 hours of your next business day, I will report Perfume Empire to the Federal Trade Commission.
If my request of $15.82 (including my shipping cost to return this product) is refunded to me immediately, I will not report Perfume Empire to the Federal Trade Commission and return the perfume (completely unused) in the original packaging to ***., Farmers Branch, TX 75234, unless otherwise directed.
Again, I regret to inform you of my dissatisfaction and tentative legal action plans. I hope to hear from you soon to prevent this issue from getting any worse.

4th email (sent 12/10/18)
Attached is the receipt for the shipping cost of $10.65 to return the perfume. It is only fair to request that $26.47 ($15.82 + $10.65) be refunded to me. As your website requests, the USPS tracking number is 9505 5065 9251 8344 0150 63. I hope I hear from Perfume Empire tomorrow (12/11/18) just to confirm that $26.47 will be refunded to me. Otherwise, I can only assume that my request will be ignored like my previous emails in which case I will report Perfume Empire to the Federal Trade Commission to resolve all of these issues.

I ORDERED COLOGNE FROM THEM AND WHEN I OPENED THE BOX IT SAID TESTER WHICH I WAS NOT TOLD, AND THE COLOGNE IS NOT THE REAL THING AND DOES NOT LAST FOR MORE THEN 30MIN AT MOST.
