I ordered a bottle of cologne from them and their inbred a***s sent it to my billing address and not my physical address and the post office sent it back to them now they are telling me that they never got it back and it was delivered so I am out the $200 I paid for a bottle of cologne that I never received! They are crooks DO NOT ORDER NOTHING FROM THESE LOW LIFE PIECES OF ST!

Review: I purchased a fragrance from Perfume Empire (aka Empire Inc.) on 1/24/2015 from their ebay store. I received email confirmation that my order had been received, and an email the following day on 1/25/2015 that my order had been shipped. I was provided a tracking number, and transaction number. Neither of these numbers could be found on ebay. I was charged for the purchase on 1/25/2015 on my Visa credit card. I contacted perfume empire on 1/29/2015 to find out why I could not see the status of my order. Perfume Empire responded by saying I did not place any orders with them. I essentially was charged for an item that I will never get. At this point I am seeking a refund, and don't know what else to do.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund to my Visa credit card that I used to purchase an item from Empire Inc that I never received

Review: My wife ordered a product thru Ebay that was clearly labeled as perfume only to receive toilette water. After complaining, the ad was changed to describe the article as toilette water. The company finally agreed to refund our money if we shipped the product back but not pay for any shipping. After we mailed the product back and still did not hear back from them, we contacted them and they said the return information was wrong as it had my wife's name on it and the order had been payed by my PayPal account. I resent the information and never heard back from the company even after repeated emails. I had attempted to resolve the issue thru the PayPal/Ebay resolution center but Ebay claims that since I did not communicated every email thru Ebay, the 60 day time limit for disputes ran out.Desired Settlement: I want my payment refunded like the company said they would do in their email.

Review: I made an order for a product on Nov 17th, the seller shipped the product and provided me with a tracking #. In checking the status of my delivery on the Canada Post website, I realized that it claimed that the parcel was successfully delivered to my residence on Nov 28, 2013. However, this was not the case, I never actually received the package. I contacted the seller immediately to inform him of the situation and he informed me to contact Canada Post so that they may resolve the issue. I contacted Canada Post that day and they informed me that ONLY the seller can call in to open an investigation so that they may locate my package. I messaged him on Dec 4th, 2013 to ask if he could contact Canada Post about my package and explained that he was the only one authorized to do so. He has ignored my messages since.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back because I did not receive a product which I paid for and the seller refuses to take the steps necessary for me to receive my product. By ignoring my messages and not contacting Canada Post, he is impeding me from ever receiving a product which I paid for promptly. Furthermore, the website claim that the "seller assumes all responsibility for this listing". In that case, he is responsible for assuring I receive the product I paid for.
