The worst online ordering experience of my life. See my posted pictures. My order I placed through [redacted].com. The package came in damaged due to improper packing inside the box. The [redacted] had to wrap the box in plastic to contain the leak. When I called [redacted], whos customer service is HORRIBLE as well, said I had to deal directly with Perfume Worldwide. So I did. I was asked to provide images of the box in which I sent numerous pictures. Then they asked me to open the box and provide pictures of the inside. I informed them via emal that it sounded like broken glass and I was not comfortable opening it. They insisted. So instead of being out of $110.00 I opened the box and sent pictures of the inside. A few days later they asked me to unwrap the broken bottles and provide pictures, I sent them a picture of a couple broken bottles, managing to cut my finger on a broken piece of glass in the process. This still wasnt good enough they asked for more pictures. I sent them over 27 pictures in all. Now over 3 weeks later, this is a copy and paste from yet another email

I sent them several cutting my finger as I stated. It is not safe to continue to pry open these items. I think I have done more than enough to honor their requests for proof. This has gone on now for over 3 weeks. I would not want to lose a customer over what is an obvious bad packaging job from them. With every email which I have numerous, all they ask is for more and more pictures. This is like all of the english language they know. It is like a broken record. They obviously don't want to do what is right and reship or credit my card used. So if this post saves you guys hours of hastle and frustration not to mention your money, then my $110.00 was not totally lost in vain! I can't believe [redacted] has not stepped up to issue a credit since it was their website selling these for this company. I am filing a consumer complaint with the Revdex.com and the FTC. I believe this company is actually off shore because their emails are between 3am and 5am EDT.
Please do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. The positive reviews on here must be employees or family just to help boost their rating. Be smart. Pay attention to the names etc. Look at pictures of their business address on Google Earth. Nothing there. If it wasn't through what I thought was a good company, [redacted], I would have done more homework myself. I hope the Revdex.com will at least help in some way! BUYER BEWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
Seller promised me 3 day delivery, and I told Seller that on the 14th day I would be movoing and unable to receive the item after the 14th day. After 10 days the item had still not been ship and when I complained, I was told it would be shipped overnight for delivery on the 11th day. On the 14th day, I moved and never received the package.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Review: I received 2 different bills for the same order number. The first bill was with the $8.00 discount which was also on my order confirmation. The second bill was without the discount and so the total amount is higher.Desired Settlement: I would like my bill adjusted to the original amount with the $8.00 discount.
Review: I ordered a product on 12/**/15 with 2 day priority mail delivery at a total of $123.98. It is now 12/**/15 and I haven't received my product. According to sears website it has been delivered. According to the tracking number it has been in pre-shipment mode for over a week. I've contacted the seller by email & phone. At this point, I just want a refund of the $123.98 I paid. When contacting the seller, their response is that it has been processed & nothing they can do as for as returns until I receive it & ship it back. I am starting to believe that the company doesn't have the product on hand or I would have received it by now. Even with delays, it should have been delivered by now.Desired Settlement: I just would like a refund of $123.98 so that I can purchase the product from someone who actually has it in stock & will ship it out in a timely manner.

Review: I was ordering a cologne that is discontinued and hard to find from this company. The cologne is called Trussardi Uomo, and has been re-released, but is not the same product. The only thing in common with the original discontinued scent is the name. The photo on the website showed the older version. I called Perfume Worldwide to confirm that this is what they were selling, not the new version, which they confirmed. They had limited supply, so I purchased all 10 items. This was on Friday Nov *, 2013. On Tuesday November *, 2013, I went back onto the website to look at the same item I had purchased, and the photo was changed to a picture of the new version of the cologne, and stated "out of stock." I was concerned, so I called the company to verify that the item I had purchased was indeed the original version of the cologne, that was previously pictured, and that I had already verified before completing my purchase. I was reassured that I was going to get the original item that I had ordered. When my package arrived, it was the new version of the cologne. I called the company and talked to a very pleasant young woman, who listened, and then put me on hold to go correct this. She never returned to the phone. Twenty minutes later I kept that call on my phone, and made a conference call back to the same company. I did this in the event that the first person I was speaking with came back to pick up my call that she had me on hold. I called the company three times, because the first two times, nobody answered. The third time, a woman answered who was rude, and told me the person had left and gone home. I told her that I was still waiting on hold, but the person I was talking to didn't care. I asked if I was talking to an after-hours answering service, but she said no, she worked for the company, and was there, and saw the other girl leave. I was frustrated, and again told this person what happened with my order, and with my call, and again, it didn't matter. The woman took my number and said she would give it to someone to call me. After that call, I looked online and found a myriad of complaints about that company. I would like a full and complete refund, including shipping, along with a return shipping label sent to me to return these items. I would also like to see their business license revoked.Desired Settlement: I would like a full and complete refund, including shipping. Do not try to pull a "restocking fee" scam, and I would like a return shipping label sent to me to return these items. I would also like to see their business license revoked.
Review: I had placed a Christmas order with this company. On December [redacted] they took the money out of my account and
never shipped the merchandise to me . I contacted them 2 times once being told the merchandise was shipping on
De.[redacted] or [redacted]. Still never received it. I called back on Dec [redacted] and was told one item was out of stock and I would
receive my refund in 2 business days. I still have not received my refund. I placed a lot of on line orders and none of
the other companies took the money until the merchandise was shipped and on the way. I had to find other stores
to replace the merchandise that I never received. I would like your help in getting my refund. I had also received an
email on [redacted] that the order had shipped which it didn't.Desired Settlement: I want my refund back as I don't need the merchandise at this point it is too late since it's for Christmas and I had to

Review: On June **, I placed an order with this company. My order was shipped the same day. According to the USPS tracking number provided, delivery occurred on June **, but I never received the product. I have all packages shipped to my office because I am always available to accept them. No delivery was made. I had to leave on an international business trip the next day until mid-July so I contacted the company via email to notify them of the problem. As soon as I returned, I contacted Perfume Worldwide to request they file an inquiry with USPS, which they said they would do after much resistance. The customer service rep basically implied that I had received the product and was lying to get either a replacement or a refund. When I hadn't heard an update, I called back. No inquiry was ever filed. Again, I was told they would file an inquiry. After many more days of waiting, I called USPS and was told they were never contacted about this issue. USPS worked for over a week to try to find answer, but said it was ultimately too late for the carrier to be contacted. I am extremely frustrated with Perfume Worldwide for their lack of follow-through as I believe this issue could have been resolved. I am also very disappointed with the lack of response and attention to this issue.Desired Settlement: I would either like a replacement of the product for which I paid or a refund and will consider this case closed. If this is not possible, I will follow up with my credit card issuer and go that route. This will be the one and only time I will ever do business with this company.
Though I have not actually received a response from the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], I recently received a new shipment of product. This was the resolution I requested, and I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
I received Bvlgari Omnia as a Christmas present this year. I had not open the perfume because I had some left. It was the large 2.2 oz. The perfume has expired, I reached out to exchange it for a new bottle. I had packing slip the original box and shipping box. Over a week emailing wanting information Buyers name , number of packing slip they even had me send a photo of the perfume? Today the email stated bits not they're perfume and cannot help? The packing slip and box says different . This is very frustrating. Buyers beware !!!
