Seller promised me day delivery, and I told Seller that on the 14th day I would be movoing and unable to receive the item after the 14th day After days the item had still not been ship and when I complained, I was told it would be shipped overnight for delivery on the 11th day On the 14th day, I moved and never received the package
The worst online ordering experience of my lifeSee my posted picturesMy order I placed through ***.comThe package came in damaged due to improper packing inside the boxThe [redacted] had to wrap the box in plastic to contain the leakWhen I called ***, whos customer service is HORRIBLE as well, said I had to deal directly with Perfume WorldwideSo I didI was asked to provide images of the box in which I sent numerous picturesThen they asked me to open the box and provide pictures of the insideI informed them via emal that it sounded like broken glass and I was not comfortable opening itThey insistedSo instead of being out of $I opened the box and sent pictures of the insideA few days later they asked me to unwrap the broken bottles and provide pictures, I sent them a picture of a couple broken bottles, managing to cut my finger on a broken piece of glass in the processThis still wasnt good enough they asked for more picturesI sent them over pictures in allNow over weeks later, this is a copy and paste from yet another email ( Dear Customer, Will you please provide us specific images showing the damaged bottles Thank You, the Perfume Worldwide Team.) I sent them several cutting my finger as I statedIt is not safe to continue to pry open these itemsI think I have done more than enough to honor their requests for proofThis has gone on now for over weeksI would not want to lose a customer over what is an obvious bad packaging job from themWith every email which I have numerous, all they ask is for more and more picturesThis is like all of the english language they knowIt is like a broken recordThey obviously don't want to do what is right and reship or credit my card usedSo if this post saves you guys hours of hastle and frustration not to mention your money, then my $was not totally lost in vain! I can't believe [redacted] has not stepped up to issue a credit since it was their website selling these for this companyI am filing a consumer complaint with the Revdex.com and the FTCI believe this company is actually off shore because their emails are between 3am and 5am EDT Please do yourself a favor and buy elsewhereThe positive reviews on here must be employees or family just to help boost their ratingBe smartPay attention to the names etcLook at pictures of their business address on Google EarthNothing thereIf it wasn't through what I thought was a good company, ***, I would have done more homework myselfI hope the Revdex.com will at least help in some way!
