Brakes done at different company were showed me with my car lifted tire off my axle boot was broke called dealer said bring under warranty now problem

My name is *** *** My experience with Puente hills Toyota is less than satisfactoryIn fact it was horrid years ago I bought a Toyota Rav it had a little over miles on it They''ve convince me to buy extended warranty and maintenance A week ago I went to a self wash car booth to wash my car as I finished applying soap and rinsing the whole car, I got to the driver side door, while I was rinsing the door, the paint started peeling off Now when this happened I was shocked , and in my mind I was thinking something had happen to this car before I took it to Puente hills toyota toGet it resolve , since I had an extended warrantyThey investigated it and came to the conclusion that they will not cover it since It was repainted and it was not done by themI asked them if the car originated from their dealership and they would not give me an answerI spoke to the manager *** *** who is head of customer relations to plea my case I told her I have no reason to paint the door on a year old car, they brushed me off and would not cover it Do not go to this dealership, They are dishonorable people and could care less about customers I insisted to know where the car has originated from and she had no answer for me obviously they must have gotten the car on a trade and was tampered with and passed on to me The fact that they would not fix the problem was unacceptable What makes it even worse is that I have keep going there for a maintenance I already paid for I'll have to find out if I can go to other dealership for maintenance since I already paid for it Avoid at all cost !!

I have the outer axle boots repaired on my Toyota Sienna in December I was 30+ thousan miles outside of my warranty BUT from the description and repair it appeared they had been leaking for some timeMy initial contention was that they were damaged well before the warranty expired but this is not somehting the dealership service department reports to you when you service your carThey provide you with a laundry list of all of the potential risks and costs associated with them but NEVER do they tell you what is going to have to be repaired before the warranty expiresNonetheless I had the repair done, costly it was and I paid out of pocketFast forward to April and the outer axle boots are AGAIN in need of repairWhen I questions the new dealership service department that I went to about this I was directed back to where the repair had been done only to be told that I am well outside any warranty and that parts wear out and I would have to replace it at my own cost

On 6/21/I went to *** *** *** & *** on XXXXX *** *** City of Industry, CA (by appointment) for a Safety Recall on my Toyota TacomaThey did not have the part; but they confirmed that the new part was in fact necessary and they ordered the part for meWhile there I got an oil change as wellThe service was questionable because I was getting different answers to the question of whether they used synthetic motor oil or regularFurther, they did not complete the job (forgot to top off other fluids as promised)
On 8/24/I went back to the same location as the Safety Recall part was ready and they made an appointment for that day/timeThe same Service Manager (David, I think) helped me so I brought up the fact that they forgot to top off fluids last timeHe kindly apologized and made a note to the Service Man as
