of Perimeter Security Inc collected from me $*** to maintain and monitor my Home Alarm System. However, I found out that my Home Alarm System has not been working all this time and *** has not been monitoring it. I told him to check on the alarm system. He came on Dec 2, 2019. He told me there was no phone line connection to the Alarm panel and so I had Spectrum, our service provider checked the phone line and Skyline Communication who controls our home phone system around the house checked. The issue on the phone line was addressed within the week; phone line was restored. However, *** refuses to come to connect and activate the Alarm System at my house. *** demands that I pay him $195 upfront to do a job he has already been paid to do.

My home alarm system has not been working. For Failure to provide the agreed services I demand a refund of the $*** I paid him upfront.

I have lost trust in *** and he lost his credibility as an Alarm Security & Monitoring Provider. I am looking to another Security Alarm Company aa my new service provider.
