Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have a detailed line item invoice received from [redacted] at Trilogy who was our only contact with them and worked with our insurance adjuster and claims adjuster on estimated cost for Trilogy to perform the repairsI was disatissfied with delays and [redacted] issues with the work done to repair our laundry room [redacted] told us we could stop at any time and provided the attached invoice detailing work completed by TrilogyI have additional email correspondance with [redacted] correcting billing errors for items that were double billed or had already been completed by and paid to [redacted] [redacted] sent another email stating [redacted] does not have fiduciary responsibility and provided another invoice with no line item detail and claiming we still owed a balance to Trilogy Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Trilogy is the entity that caused my damage, and they cannot remove themselves from liability to me by trying to slough it off on the insurance company. In addition, Trilogy seems to be playing a shell game and they refused to tell. I hope that Trilogy will be reasonable and admit its liability, as the insurance company says it is not liable for Trilogy's work. The insurance company has been non-responsive for the last several weeks. My attorney's call to [redacted] was returned by [redacted] , who refused to tell my attorney who the owner of the company is, saying he was not authorized to disclose the name of the owner. [redacted] did, however, tell my attorney to contact the Texas Department of Insurance, but my attorney said that we should file a complaint tidhrough the Consumer Protection Department of the Texas Attorney General's office, which we will be doing next week, should Trilogy not be forthcoming regarding their responsibility to me. Regards, [redacted]

Hi,
I have been in both communications with the homeowner and the attorney multiple times The day after this issue by our employee we filed the claim with our insurance company They have sent out an adjuster looked at the property and have been in communications with the
homeowner Trilogy has been advised by the insurance company to step away and let them take care of it Sense then we have shown pictures of previous damages that were trying to be claimed on our flooding of the house, but the pictures from when we first showed up show some of the work that needs to be paid will need to be paid from the first claim Either way Trilogy cannot do anything because this is now out of our hands and into the insurance company's hands I have also advised them of all contacts we have for the insurance company and have told them that if they really are not being helped anymore by insurance that they need to contact the Texas Department of Insurance to help with that (in which I also gave them the contact info for them and walked them through how to do this)

Hi, As you know *** was already looking into these issues and even had an appointment set up with you for today After your meeting with him it looks like all issues have been pointed out and addressed So that I can
better assist in your complaint, please provide me with your refrigerator brand and model number Also please let me know what your thoughts are for a fair compensation
Thanks,
***

Please note that all selections of tile were made by homeowner and Trilogy only installed what customer selected The last time the customer had us out there, the only items that were left to be done were the cleaning which is what insurance is paying for, so yes there is cleaning that needs
to be done, but the homeowner will not return calls or let us in the house to clean Also there has never been anything said to us about uneven tiles till this complaint with the Revdex.com As for the issues with Trilogy causing water damage to the home, we actually went above and beyond to help the customer We had our project manager out there at the house while the homeowner was gone and the project manager noticed flooding taking place in the house The project manager then yes used the customers personal towels to help mitigate their loses because we do not carry towels in our trucks expecting to stop flooding in the house (the only other option was to let it continue and do nothing) Then Trilogy did extra work to find out that the cause of the flooding, which was the customer's AC unit in which we helped repair drywall and other items at no charge to the customer To this day the customer has not paid over half the invoice which is due and refuse to answer calls

Hi,
Like we have stated this issue is between you and the insurance company The issues at hand are disagreements on money amounts and items that you think need to be included All of which are being handled by the insurance company Not only did you send them items last week that they have talked with you about but here is a copy of an email exchange your attorney had with our insurance company, as well I have attached the attachment that they received from you
***,
I spoke with ***. To say she has not called or e-mailed
*** is not the case. It sounds like Fashion Floors is trying to come up
with numbers that are not even in the park. For instance they are asking
for $2,to move a piano. *** has prices for $600. I actually
just got a piano moved for less than this. Fashion Floors is not
providing estimates. They are providing letters and not estimates.
If they continue to send letters this will go nowhere. *** is still
researching to see what other money can be paid
Thanks,
***
Clearly there is communication going on with you and the insurance company, and Trilogy is not allow to get involved in your negotiations with them We are sorry the issues arose but we are not able to do anything about this any further

This statement is false. This customer still owes trilogy $1600.00.
