was presented that included the re-evaluation for $76.00. We provide the best insurance estimate and collect co-pays based on the estimate. Our financial policy, signed by all patients, outlines any amount not covered by insurance is the patients responsibility. Unfortunately insurance did not cover our estimate and therefore the patient was left with an outstanding balance.
We are happy to provide any supporting documentation to confirm we have operated our business in good faith and with this patient. We regret this unfortunate circumstance for the patient and have decided to write off his account for $585.10.
