I would submit a complaint with regard to the atrocious service that I have received from this company, but seeing as how they seem to ignore the negative responses from their customers same as with their support tickets, it appears to be a waste of timeI write this as a warning to other peoplePerk is a scam, they offer a service of revenue sharing ad income with their users, except they never actually pay up on the rewardsIf you submit a support ticket all records of the transaction disappearThe customer service claim to have no knowledge of the promotion then flat ignore youAvoid all forms of thsee perk apps

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMER! Perk TV is a FRAUD! They will cancel your rewards because they feel like it! Check Reddit.com their are many consumers who got defrauded by these ss! If you contact their support and ask why your rewards were canceled they will email you a generic reply saying you violated their TOS They will not only cancel your rewards, but they will put your account in negative! I got over negative -4,points just for contacting their support Very unprofessional and definitely NOT a legitimate company!

It's a complete scamI finally got enough credits for a reward, I go and try to claim it, then it says processing for a day, then it goes to cancelled and they didn't even give me back the pointsI tried contacting support and they didn't respondThen I tried again in one of the auction/bid things they have, I won and went to redeem the credits, and again the points went to cancelledThis time they responded thoughHowever they only would respond to the emails at like midnight, and they wouldn't helpAfter like ten emails I am just giving up on the reward and deleting the appThey are a complete scam just trying to make money off of us is who fall for it

I am extremely upset. I logged into the Perk TV app today to redeem a $30 gift card only to find all my points gone. When I check my history- 32000 points were deleted for 30 days of inactivity. There was no correspondence regarding an update to terms and conditions (originally the term was 90 days of inactivity) which I was operating under. It takes months to earn that many points so deleting them after 1 month not only is senseless its a slap in the face. I was a Perk customer before the Viggle merger and the direction they are going in is all down hill. I feel like someone literally just took $30 from me-I am annoyed and disappointed that Perk has resorted to these tactics to short its customers and avoid paying out rewards. Definitely will not be spending my time to get these points back when Perk does not value me in any capacity
