Perkins Automotive

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Perkins Automotive regarding complaint ID 12023033, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: MrPerkins contacted me on 3/22/after I contacted the manager/owner of the storage unit (asked if he would give me additional contact information to provide to Revdex.com and possible attorney) He contacted MrPerkins; MrPerkins called me He stated that he was "returning call to someone who called him." I corrected him by stating that I did not call him but would like to speak to him? I identified myself and briefly described my situation He stated that he could not provide my request (TOTAL REFUND); bring my car in again and he'll fix it I informed him again that I would never allow him to continue to destroy my car I reminded him of the continuous lies, mixed appointments, totally ignoring my phone calls and text messages I reiterated I WANT TOTAL REFUND to take my car somewhere else for repair He said he can't do total refund; I refused to bring my car back (brought it back too many times to no avail) Conversation ended with him saying "take me to court" Sincerely, [redacted]
