The management here- especially the assistant manager- and corporate are condescending, rude, unhelpful, and seem to believe that negative customer reactions are meaningless and beneath themThey tried to force me to pay past my lease terms and calling corporate will stop them from breaking the law, but you will still be ignored and disrespectedI had to beg to have my heat fixed and the staff is so annoyed by any request that often residents are just ignoredI really want to warn people of this experience- I have not had an experience like this where I liveIt really impacts you when you can't even go to the office to pick up a package because of the behavior of the staff or go to the gym because they live on site and behave worse off the clockThe apartments are cheap, there are pockets of crystal meth users, skinheads who advertise their hatred, people stay up all night partying, screaming kids who pee in the pool and use their scooters and bikes everywhere, there is no parking, the doors and windows aren't sealed so utilities are ridiculous, roaches, broken gym equipment, an empty water cooler, broken machines in the business center and a staff who are fake and vindictiveThe rent is high and the extra fees they charge are sneaky and deceptiveThe management has lied to me on numerous occasions and attempted to illegally renew my lease without my consentI hope my bad experience will help someone else by keeping them from this horrible mistake of renting at Sage
