We did complete the wheel bearing and a batteryThen additional issues were present and it was decided to replace the transfer case motorThe alleged issue of breaking wires and blowing a fuse are not substantiated by anyone associated with us nor the facility we asked them to take it to in order to get scannedThe reason we couldn't do the scan is explained below
When customer returned they spoke only with ***, our managerIt is stated that they spoke with the ownerand that is not soThe owner was out of town most of the time in which the services and alleged others issues have arisen
The reason that the customer was told that the technician that completed the job was "laid oft" was due to the issue of us suspecting him of stealing our $4,vehicle scannerLater the customer was told he had been fired due to us determining that he did do the theftSee *** paper report attached
That is when *** asked them to go to ***s Auto Repair and have them scan the issues
If the customer was told that we were possibly closing early was due the weather being bad at the timeOur hours have been the same since
Since we have had the same secretary, ***, for over ten years nowwe are stating we never received a call from the customer to specifically talk with the ownerIf so, we would have had a record of the callThe owner talks with all customers99.5% of the time on good issues and .05% of the time on not so good issuesWe would not have been here for years now should we be treating customers as stated in the letter we received
We have very good recordsWe can tell you what customer was worked on all the way back to when we used ISI softwareIn October of we changed to a more advanced interactive system supplied by NAPA at a cost of $a month, NAPA Tracs SoftwareThe reason *** didn't find the customer's invoice when he was first asked was due to the ticket being ran under the name of '***" not "***"See attached invoiceNo deceptive practices hereNever have been and never will be !

As of now, all we know is the customer didn't return to their scheduled appointment at ***s to determine why their scanner wouldn't talk with the vehicle's computerjust like our smaller one wouldn't either
We now have a tier ASE certified mechanic employed and are willing to have ther customer come back to us and get the "other" issues resolvedRemember, when dealing with older vehiclesthere could be other unrelated problems with the vehicle besides what work we did for them
So, we are ready, willing and able to go thru the vehicle and get any issue that may be associated with our prior work fixed and or determine if the remaining issues are new ones or ones stemming from work we completed
We have been here for years and do not plan on going anywhere!
