If or a negative were allowed I would leave thatStarted out as promising as my mortgage inquiry was passed to Perl by another companyReason being was I receive a weekly mileage reimbursement and the other mortgage company's underwriters wouldn't qualify it as income even though there is years of accountable verifiable incomeNo biggie since Perl assured me that it would not be an issueGuess this is where I realize that brokers are nothing but sellers for their productsAfter spending months sending forms, verifying incomes, deposits, finances, etc and so on, Perl Mortgage waits until hour of the closing date to state they can't accept said mileage checks, even though they asked for numerous copies of stubs and I also provided the yearly totals of what I receivedThey brushed me off like it was nothingI emailed their compliance officer after seeing his replies to bad reviews left onlineI gave him days to reply before leaving thisNo a wordAll I received was the check for the appraisal feesmonths wasted and a home lost after believing their broker's assurancesAnd when I was set up with a broker I was passed off to her assistantI also hear Perl commercials with their Vice President bragging and bashing other mortgage lenders and brokersGuess I can share my experiences with Perl with them and they can return the favorsOh btw, there will be more coming to the fine folks at Perl for damages and lost incomeI lost out on taxes and fee for a 401k withdrawal not to mention numerous other lossesGood thing I never gave notice of moving to the storage unit rental or landlordsand I hope the State Licensing Board looks into thisNo one should ever have to go through this againPerl is just a gigantic waste of time
They are very slow and not informativeSet multiple closing dates and would wait until the night before to tell us everything wasn't readyTold us everything was done and then would say they needed more stuffSo frustrating since I am months pregnant and wanted to move in and have everything ready before baby is born but they stall so much this prolly won't happenAlso didnt like how they kept switching who was assigned to our transaction, never know who to talk toSo done with them and want it to be overDon't think they deserve a commission of our saleAlso we had our cable mail and insurance all starting on our closing date that never happened so we're now paying for something we don't need since they waiting until the day before to tell us they didnt have everything they needed after we had to ask!! When we're they planning on telling us? This is the 3rd time having a closing date and have had no communication of anything not being ready but I'm sure we will hear about it the day before
