To Whom It May Concern:Mrs.Ledesma bought a *** *** *** on October 22,which was financed at $living a down payment of $because she was referred by her family member, whom has purchased several vehicles here with us and never had a problemBut regular down payment was
officially $1500.00, no deferred was asked at the time of sale but her tax title and license to be payed within a month.MrsLedesma was suppose to pay $(half of the tax title and licence )by November 27,and she defaulted and didn't pay on timeWe only give them one month to comply with tax title and licence other wise the state penalizes the customer and we always avoid those fees by registering the vehicle promptlyShe was aware of the dates and amounts she had to come back and pay, we tried contacting her cell phone and living several messages with no response. I feel like this repossession could of been avoided but she was being hesitant to picking up our phone calls and responding back, we always have tolerance and patience towards all of our customers and she is not the exceptionThe repossession fees have to be paid to the collection company because they only did there job as we asked them tooIf MrsLedesma would of have paid on t time as agreed on the contract this would of have been avoidedIf she had any questions at t he time of the sale she had the opportunity to ask one of our sales agentsEverything she signed was explained properly and signed by her Customer has copies of everything she signed and understood.
