According to our records, we received an e-mail from Ms*** on August 11th regarding the issues she was having with her headphones Over the next few days e-mails were exchanged regarding the nature of the issue, verifying the exact item number of the headphones, and getting an address for
warranty service As covered under the warranty, a new unit was shipped via *** with a tracking number of *** They should arrive shortly

We have sent a new camera to Ms*** via UPS with a tracking number of *** as covered under the product's warranty We apologize for any delays or confusion during the shipping process and appreciate Ms*** input

The Camelio Android tablet has a one year warranty which covers repair or replacement of any malfunctioning units for a period of one year from the date of purchase in case of material defects While it is unfortunate that the tablet was dropped on the floor and the screen was broken, that's
not something that is covered under warranty We do try to be flexible, and if Ms*** would like we can have the unit replaced as a courtesy However, a refund is handled at the place of purchase only

We will not be sending Ms. [redacted] two sets of headphones, as she has only purchased one set of headphones, and is not entitled to receive an extra pair. Our headphones have a one year warranty which covers the repair or replacement of any unit which is not working properly for a period of one year.  Thus far, we have responded to every e-mail she has sent to our support team, and we have mailed her a new unit to honor the terms of the warranty.  Please note that we have done this without requiring Ms. [redacted] to send her current headphones in for service, or even provide us with proof of purchase.

This is in regards to...

the complaint I filed on 3/23/16 about the Sakar International. I received the tablet they said they were sending out to me on Monday via US,  when I opened it and tried to charge it the charging light would not come on to indicate it was even charging. Then when I tried to turn it on the tablet would not even power on so I just unplugged it and put everything back into the box so I can package it back up for shipping back to the company. I would like you to get the company to send me a label to my email address so I can print it off to send the tablet back at there cost not mine. I would also like for them to send me a check for the cost of what I originally asked for or another tablet that works but I'd like them to include the Hello Kitty Bundle Pack with it as that is how I bought the first one. Thanks for the understanding sorry for the mishap.

Please close my case.  I had my cable company work on the wifi and now the camera works.  Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:
This has been such a long and drawn out issue of correspondence and lacking communication! I would've gladly resolved this 1-on-1, back in August, however responses were lacking so terribly that often I would have to reach out for reply 2 and 3 times before a generic response was received. Therefore I have escalated this hassle through the Revdex.com and due to my extra time and energy I have clearly requested that 2 sets of [redacted] be sent to my mailing address. Worse yet, when you actually check the tracking number for the 1 set they claim has been shipped, just 2 days ago did they even PRINT a shipping label. The replacements aren't even on their way yet!!! This is unacceptable.I will accept a resolve only when 2 new and functioning sets of [redacted] have been received at my mailing address.
