On 9-29-16.I ran my credit report, for the first time in my life, and discovered a report on Equifax and Transunion indicating an alleged debt of $reported by High Desert Creditors Service on 2-15-allegedly owed to Desert Valley Medical GroupI was NEVER sent a bill for this from Desert Valley Medical Group nor High Desert Creditors ServiceBoth were contacted and verified that no bill was ever sent, nor were ANY phone calls made to me regarding this alleged debtThey merely report the information to the credit bureaus in order to force collection that waySince I had NO KNOWLEDGE of this alleged debt whatsoever and wasn't even aware that it even existed until 9-29-16, I asked for it to be removed from my credit reportThey stated the best they could do was to report it as a disputed debtThey refused to provide the phone number to the contact person for Desert Valley Medical Group and stated they would contact them directly to see if they would accept less than $
We had the worst experience dealing with their debt consolidating representative Ron H***He had my wife in tears over a claim that she was never aware of, all for less than $He treated her like someone who had committed a terrible crime and would not treat her with any respectWhen I called to take care of the claim for her because she was so upset about it Ron would not even work with me! I can't imagine a business that would let an employee treat any human beings this wayDisgraceful
My experience has been the worstI actually called to pay my bill and felt like my call was on datelineJudy R*** was not available and I spoke with others ladies of which the last one transferred me to the “owner” Ron H***No one gave me a chance to speak just assumed what I was sayingI tried to ask why my balance changed and Ron said what I owed and finally said interestI know their calls are NOT monitored and they are very comfortable saying what and how thewantHow in the world do they have a “A” ratingThey made me feel like I’m the sm of the earthI’d rather this debit hit my cr report than call them backI’m so upset that people are allowed to speak in the TONE and manner they doTher are no stars I’d give these peopleJust because I’m paying my bill late doesn’t mean I deserve how they treat meI also advised one balance is incorrect because the dentist did nothing and Ron said well it’s still here
