Review: I love getting adjustments from [redacted]. When I found out I could get permanent make up at his office, I was excited. He is very trustworthy and caring, so I knew it would be a great experience. The [redacted], [redacted], informed me of the permanent eyeliner as well as new packages she would like to offer. The package I was interested in stated the following:Chiropractic services3 60 minute massages3 60 minute facials10% off other servicesI inquired about the specifics of the chiropractic services, and was told that I would get chiropractic services. I told her that I would be interested in receiving one per week, and she agreed that would be included in the price. After pricing everything out, I found it was a great deal and bought the 3 month package for $399. The next time I went in for an adjustment, I told the receptionist when she asked for payment that I had the package, and she looked confused. After the adjustment, [redacted] met me in the lobby and said that we would have to work something else out, and that I should text her the specifics of the package I want. I texted her the following:1 adjustment per week6 20 min massages1 1 hr massage3 60 minute facialsHer response was not accepting of the adjustments. She stated that I could receive only one adjustment with the package. I told her I didn't want the package anymore because it was falsely advertised. She told me there are no refunds. This was never written anywhere or brought to my attention.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund taking for the package. I received two discounts with the package and would like to remove this from the total package refund. Package Total Price = $399Discounts to take from the refunded amount1 "free" chiropractic service = $5010% off permanent makeup = $37Total refund I am requesting = $312If possible, I would like to do this without contacting [redacted] and [redacted]. I've already contacted them and found them quite unreceptive.
