I have the complaint and have searched our records and found that the last time I was in contact with Ms [redacted] was in September of At which time Ms [redacted] was told that we could transfer the warranty into her name once a transfer fee was received in our office, as per the original contract and original warrantyI have also searched all our invoices dating back to August and found no evidence that the transfer fee was ever received at our officeI also talked to the original contractor on January 2018, [redacted] and they said no one has talked to them in regards to trying to get in contact with me or our officeI also talk to the contractor who was doing remodeling to the house [redacted] on that same day and he also stated no one has been in contact with them in regards of contacting me or our officeAs of this time since no transfer fee has been received and it has passed the days in which to transfer the warranty as per the original contract the warranty is voidedHowever if Ms [redacted] would like to she can contact us at ###-###-####, we may be able to figure something out Thank You [redacted] *** Perma-Fixx Foundation Repair

I have read the complaint and I am here to repondWe have been in contact with Mr ***, I have been to the home and went over his concernsI noticed that the previous owner of the house did not do the things he said he would , so I told Mr *** we would take care of moving some dirt that
was left and not raked outWe went over his concerns and I told him I would get back with a schedule date I called Mr *** with a schedule day a few days laterAbout a day or before we were schedule to do warranty work I called to confirm with Mr ***, at that time he informed me that he needed to reschedule due to personal issuesOur schedule is very busy at this time, however I have contacted Mr *** and have schedule October at pm to once again go over the work and and to schedule the work. I am responding to the complaint submitted by *** *** on the work that was performed by Perma-Fixx Foundation RepairWhen the initial job was done back in July of ,we did as much as the house would allowThe exterior was completely done, however the understructure takes a bit more
time to settleWooden floors have "wood memory" and the fact this house has had water issues under the house there were several spots through out the house that had heaved upThe ***'s were told that we would come backAt that time they seamed satisfied with the work, that it why they paidWe came back as we said and adjusted a few more spots under the house*** explained that she felt the back of the house was lifted to high, I told her if we lowered it , then it would be back to the position we started atI told her that I felt a wooden beam under the floor would be better, she agreedWe came back once the floor was taken up and installed a 4xwooden beam at no cost to themOnce again we left and they seemed satisfiedI have not heard from them since, only via this complaintI see she has said she paid someone to fix and adjustI am welling to refund the to her with proper documentation. *** ***, Pres Perma-Fixx Plus Foundation Repair

I will contact homeowner and offer the refund.This house had and independent engineer report done when the original work was doneIt was done for the previous owner We did not do any over adjustments as a matter of fact we released pressure where we had place piersThis was done do to the lack of proper drainage at the site of the original piersWe had no knowledge that the drainage was not done by previous ownerWe had no knowledge that the house was ever sold to the new owners We have been out to the house on a few occasions to try and release as much pressure to help the house go back downHowever in reading the complaint I will contact owner and offer the refund. Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.In speaking with my husband, we have determined that we need an independent review from a structural engineer to determine if additional damage was/was not done by possible over-adjustment by Perma-Fixx. The owner has contacted me by email and has offered to meet with me; however, we have decided not to do that at this time due to the need of an independent inspection. Overall, we do feel a loss of trust with the company and feel a refund of the warranty transfer fee is the best option.

contract and original warranty. I have also searched  all our invoices dating back to August 2016 and found no evidence that the transfer fee was ever received at our office. I also talked to the original contractor on January 8 2018, [redacted] and they said no one has talked to them in regards to trying to get in contact with me or our office. I also talk to the contractor who was doing remodeling to the house [redacted] on that same day and he also stated no one has been in contact with them in regards of contacting me or our office. As of this time since no 200.00 transfer fee has been received and it has passed the 30 days in which to transfer the warranty as per the original contract the warranty is voided. However if Ms [redacted] would like to she can contact us at ###-###-####, we may be able to figure something out.                                      ...
