On September 30 and October 1, 2015 Perma-Jack sent a crew to the customer's home to perform warranty work on piers previously installed on said home as per contract dated December 7, 1999. The warranty work consisted of the re-installation of several piers at no expense to the homeowner.
Prior to the start of the warranty work it was explained to the homeowner that replacement of the concrete sidewalk would be her responsibility. The warranty on the contract clearly states "Your exclusive remedy shall be for correction of any defect in workmanship and materials, as set forth above. In no event shall you be entitled to consequential damages."
Perma-Jack is sorry that the customer is unhappy and that she does not fully understand the warranty clause of the agreement dated December 7, 1999, which she signed on March 24, 2000.
