We apologize for any poor quality of work done. This is not typical of Perma-Pier, and we want to make it right. We will redo all the work the customer is not happy with and will do it at no charge. I left an email explaining this and hope to hear from our customer soon.Regarding
the other part of the complaint, we have gone over all texts on our salesman's phone and can find no evidence of any impropriety. If the customer has these texts as stated, we would like to see copies of those so we can take further internal actions

The lifetime warranty on piers that Perma-Pier installed remains intact. We always honor our warranty, and have performed warranty work for this property in the past.We agreed to assist with many cosmetics in good faith, but not remodel the home. We have reached out again to obtain
estimates for the cosmetic work to be done. We have asked that the contractor contact the customer ASAP.It’s important to note that the ceiling drywall has nails securing it to the studs from the original construction nearly years ago, and when the customer’s contractors did the remodel, they excessively floated the ceilings causing the drywall to become dislodged. We found that the foundation was not constructed to a standard that most homes are, and lacks the integrity to be able to resist seasonal changes in the soil. This makes periodic adjustments necessary. We cannot predict future soil movement, and new piers may be required at some point. We have asked *** for information regarding the unaddressed items on the customer’s email from July 13. We will have more information soon and will honor the work to which he agreed. We will contact the customer when we have the scope of work defined

concerns.  We will be out tomorrow to uncover the cleanout.  We are currently trying to schedule a contractor that will replace the damaged siding.  When we get a contractor confirmed, I will also communicate this to the customer.I found that the plumbing test was completed on 7/24/17 and have attached a copy.

Our evaluator, [redacted], visited the home 2/16/2018 and checked on the customers concerns.  The customer indicated that we resolved the issues.  There is a spot in the kitchen that concerned the customer.  The kitchen is going to be remodeled, and the customer said he would call...

[redacted] for a time to come by once he gets into the kitchen remodel.Until now, there was never any mention of a refund request for half the job amount on the work completed on 8/15/2017.  The original job was a complete reset & reshim with steel shims, and that is labor-intensive work.    This was a fair price for the amount of work done, and we did not take advantage of anyone as the customer insinuates.  The bid of $3850 was discounted down to $3700.  Any issues concerning the work we did are covered under the warranty given to the customer. We have already submitted the refund for $350 for the plumbing test.  We completed the freshwater test but could not complete the sewer test because there were no cleanouts.  We’re still refunding the entire amount for the plumbing test.  The customer had his own plumber go out and we understand that the cleanout has not yet been installed.
