I have paid for services in August in the amount of $600 for services that were not completed. One month later I was charged another fee of $150 for touch up, which is part of her agreement, although most companies include the touch up. However, the results are not satisfactory and not completed. I asked her to finish the job and she wanted to charge ma again. At this point she refuse to help me, using threat to remove my negative reviews if I want a free job. After I spent $750 my permanent tattoo is not completed!!! I want the refund from the scam company .

What this business I doing is un-ethical. The color is already faded just after 4 months. Yet stating on their own website as well that retouching might be needed only every 2 years. I explained this several time to the business and I wanted essentially only another touch up due to the lack of quality pigment and work. Business has bad and again unprofessional practices. All she cares is her income and business rather than customers. Bad bad bad with poor attitude. Nor acceptable
