We bought a 2800+ sqfthome in Sun City Summerlin that had a great floor plan but had been sorely abused and neglected by the previous ownersIt needed a COMPLETE renovation from the floors to the ceilingsUnfortunately, we had only one month before moving out of our current home into our "new" Sun City home, and we didn't want to live in a construction zone*** *** and her crew took on our challenge and did a marvelous jobThey removed and replaced all flooring; took out the old shower and watub in the master and built a lovely, large, tiled, washower; they applied ledge stone around our fireplaces and kitchen island; gave us access to our backyard from our master bedroom by replacing a window with French doors; replaced all damaged baseboards and casings; eliminated the "cafeteria"-style look in the kitchen by adding varying heights and dimensions to the cabinets, utilizing some of the old cabinets and building new ones where needed; refinished the cabinets throughout the entire house, taking them from the tired white-washed oak look to a more modern cream; and, painted the entire house, literally from top to bottom!!! Not only did Ranieri Construction get the work done on time for our move, they did a fantastic job and kept within our budget!!! Which, by the way, was extremely competitive against the other contractors we had obtained bids from*** *** is a professional's professionalShe's knowledgeable; not only knows how to do the work, but will actually get in there and DO it right along with her crewHer subs are extremely skilled and hard workersEveryone had a marvelous attitude and took time to answer our questions and concernsWe are extremely pleased with the results
*** *** was an absolute pleasure to work with- we had a beautiful frameless shower door installedVery professional, returning calls quickly and her crew was always on time, courteous and knowledgeableEven a slight 'hick-up' (misunderstanding in ordering) was resolved promptly!
