Review: Paid this company $2112 in May 2007 for spray on siding. I contracted with this company because they had a 15 year warranty. Approximately December 2014 the coating started to fail. Since then we have tried calling them (numbers are disonnected) and the web site is not working. We cannot get in touch with them or [redacted]. His license expired July 2013 according to the Revdex.com in Harrisburg.Desired Settlement: We wish to have the siding removed and redone. Or have half of the purchase price which would be $1,056 refunded to us.
Review: In the fall of 2009 my deck was powerwashed and was supposed to have a semi-transparent stain put on. The people who put the stain on decided to put a solid stain on the deck surface. I complained about it and was told that something would be done the next spring. [redacted] had some type of accident and told me he could not fix the problem in spring 2010. In the fall, the deck was covered with a milky stain and they powerwashed to try to get rid of it. At this time the stain started to bubble up and come off. The next spring, I was promised several times they would be out to fix things, but by fall, I was told business was so bad, he could not do it at that time. In the fall of 2012, I was told he would powerwash all the solid stain off and if I paid for new stain, they would restain in the spring. Now, none of the numbers lised for [redacted], the name they were under when the job started, and Permanent Painting of PA, are good numbers. I cannot contact them.Desired Settlement: I want the deck powerwashed so get rid of the undesired solid stain and have it restained with the proper product.
