Armada he purchase months agoAs with anything, when there has been a significant amount of time since the transaction some of the details get fuzzy or even forgottenI have attached for his review the Affidavit he dated and signed that disclosed to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale that this vehicle has experienced prior alteration and/or damage whose repair cost exceeds 6% of the sale priceNow that being saidWe want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases from Permian Auto Group and would be willing to do whatever we can that is reasonable to trade Mr*** out of his Armada and into something that he is more satisfied with?I look forward to hearing back from you and hope I can help

I am rejecting this response because: I feel the reponse is unfairThe seller failed to verbally explain any damages or prior alterationsHad I been aware of any of these issues, I would of never went through with the purchaseAlso the seller failed to explain paper work that was signed, I am just now viewing the affidavit that apparently I signed and was unaware of.

I am rejecting this response because: My offer was accepted by the dealer at that point
it became a deal, at that point I sent them a deposit It was not until days later they claim they declined my "offer" An offer and a deal are two different things Their response is an insult to me, this consumer knows the difference between a deal and an offer

I am rejecting this response because: The person who sold me the vehicle was around years oldHe himself told me he really didnt know much about the vehicleNever did I see car facts for the vehicleMy neighbor has a body shop and he is the one that showed me the alterationsI recently went to a car dealer ship where they pulled the car facts and apparently none were added til after the vehicle was purchasedAny man in his right mind would not have purchased this vehicle if aware of the alterationsI'm paying top money for a vehicle that is not worth it.

The Dealer reviews all offers to purchase and reserves the right to accept or decline each offer at his sole discretion. The Dealer DECLINED Mr. [redacted] offer and returned his deposit.

I am rejecting this response because:  Mr [redacted], I think you are misunderstanding the purpose of this complaint or perhaps even trying to shift the misunderstanding onto myself.  Your sales women, Ms Veronica [redacted] told me I had purchased the vehicle and allowed me to believe I would take ownership of the truck once it arrived at the dealership(this carried on for two weeks).  She told me that the truck was being sold at MSRP and that my MSRP offer was accepted.  I know you know this to be true because I had spoke with another gentlemen that had their deal cancelled by you under the same circumstances as this case.  No consumer will be willing to put money down for an "offer". I put money down because Veronica and I reached deal to buy the truck.  I respect your right as a business owner to sell the truck at the price you want, so in turn I ask you to respect me and accept ownership of the mishandling of my failed deal with Ms Veronica Benavides.  Perhaps your sales staff lead you to believe they didn't sell the truck to me.  In that event I do have voice recordings of my conversations with your salesperson Veronica [redacted] acknowledging the sale of the truck to me.

Mr. [redacted],The gentleman that went over all the paperwork with you including the Affidavit is a 40 year veteran in the business and long time employee of mine. I have total confidence that all paperwork was explained in detail before asking you for your signature.We are truly sorry you are not satisfied with your purchase from March of 2017 and want to do everything reasonably possible to trade you for something you will be happy with.
