Re: Revdex.com - You have a New Message from Revdex.com Regarding Complaint #***
I received my $ she was very upset and rude to me!! She told me returning my $
was not important to her. She was dealing with people that are really sick people that need her time. So I guess me needing a kidney transplant is not sick enough for her. My $was very important to me at the time I was unemployed, my house air conditioner unit completely broke and could not be repaired had to be replaced, my truck broke and had over $1,repair, and my washing machine broke and had to be replaced could not be repaired either so yes my $that I did not owe was very important to me. If she returns everyone $to $every Thursday when she gets her insurance report why did it take her weeks and a letter from you for her to send me mineShe did not one time return my phone call to let me know she received the payment from my insurance and she would be sending me my $50.00/I called her three time and left messages. If this is their policy why did the payment clerk tell me this instead of telling me I had to tale to *** who never return your calls, since she is busy taking care of really sick people Think about it $to $each for people a day and you know they see that many that's $273, to $390,a year she is charging over then insurance. IS she really returning everyone's money? When it took me this long to get mine returned. So when the insurance company contacts her she should be able to show them she is returning all of this money
Thank you for your help,

In reference to complaint of Ms. [redacted], she came to our office on
July 08, 2014 as a New Patient. When the packet of information was completed,
Ms. [redacted] did not indicate on form that she was a Liver Transplant Patient,
she wrote her Insurance information as Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama,
and it was confirmed with [redacted]/Ins. Dept. Benefits were explained to her which were
100% Coverage Procedure, of Bc/Bs Insurance. No DP collected at this time.
Her procedure was set for July 17, 2014. When checking out for office visit, a co/pay of
$50.00 was collected. Her procedure was resheduled for July 31, 2014.
When Ms. [redacted] called and spoke to Me on Aug 19, 2014 again no indication of change of Insurance on patient ledger and any information regarding that Methodist Specialist Hospital was going to be responsible for the bill. My vacation days came up, so I was gone from Aug 21, 2014/ Sept 25, 2014, reason why calls were not returned.
On Oct 06, 2014 I received a phone call from [redacted] from the Methodist Specialist Hospital explaining that they are responsible for the bill, I explain to him we had no information regarding this, so we went ahead and resubmitted charges to Methodist Hospital. On Oct 16, 2014 a refund check #[redacted] was issued to Ms [redacted] for $ 50.00. As for any refunds that are due, they are process as soon as we get overpayment from Insurance Companies. No unjustice is done to patients. If further information is needed, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
