I am very sorry your upsetCustomer service manager has spent more time with you than any other owner in the community, trying to make you happyBut you have my responses to your issues, please continue working with the customer service manager to close any legitimate warranty itemsPlease stop going to the model home, requesting the sales staff to help with warranty

#1-#The home passed all city inspections over a year agoIt is the city's interpretation of the NEC that is governing, not the home ownersThe city submitted a certificate of occupancy to your lender, which your lender accepted, that the home is safe to occupySide note, after inspection, the customer service manager advises that there is no visual gap, and the drywall is tight against the studs#The plumber has been out twice to check the master toiletIt has been determined that the toilet functions properly, if used properly #The customer service manager, the vice president, and the president have all inspected your complaints about the concreteIt is determined that you have some shrinkage cracks, but no displacementThis indicates no structural failureIn most cases, shrinkage cracks cannot be avoided#It is the home owners responsibility to maintain the grading around the homeThe home passed its grading and drainage inspection before closingNo problems reported for monthsCustomer service manager advised that the standing water on the side of your home, is due to excessive watering from your neighbors."I have more problems that they have not talk to me about yet" The customer service manager has been in constant communication, both by email and phone callsRecords can be provided'"What are they are going to do with warranty problems." I am rejecting this response because: #1-#The city does not inpection all of the wiring!! Permain Homes needs to read this codes!! I can take pictures of the CODE PROBLEMS!!! drywallis not tight against the studsTHAT IS A LIE. #Another Lie, the plumber has Been out one time!! I'm years old I used it properly??? The other toilet works FINE.#They fired the concrete people for not doing the job RIGHT!!! Permian Homes does not warranty any landscaping, with the exception of malfunction sprinkler controls and valvesThis is stated in the warranty manual that is provided at closingOn occasion the landscape contractor has worked directly with the home ownerThe contractor was working with this home
owner until, according to the contractor, his attitude became so poor and his harassment of her and her staff became so negative, she will not work with him any longerThe conversation that I had with the homeowner did become heated, but the statement that I made a racial slur towards him is completely false

I am rejecting this response because:If they would have listened to me about the leak,
when I provided all the proof instead of beating around the bush and a constant back and forth of finger pointing between irrigation and plumbing I wouldn't have this ridiculous water bill in which I hope you all recompensate for it

It is Permian Homes policy that we don't close on a home until the home buyer is satisfied with the quality, and cleanliness of a homeWe have a model home that illustrates the quality that we buildThis buyer met with various Permian Homes team members times between 7/and 8/This does not
include the home inspection that was performed by an independent third party inspector of the buyers choice, and the page report that was received on 8/All items on the inspection report, as well as the buyers list were completed before closing.The buyers confirmed this per the attached document, dated 8/This document was signed in their home, after the final inspection had been preformedThe buyers contacted Permian Homes the same day, after they had closed and got keys to the home, stating that they wanted additional work donePermian Homes strived very hard to make this buyer happy, if they were not happy, they should not have signed agreeing that all items were completeThe buyers have a 1,2,year warranty through Permian Homes, and if an issue arrises that falls under that coverage, we will address itThe warranty does not include quality and cleanliness, as stated several times in our warranty manual and by Permian Homes team members

I am rejecting this response because:We need to know a timeframe in which anything will be done The action taken was an inspection of the property on Friday, 4/and we were advised of options they would consider
Please advise when a decision is made on what Permian decides to do

After discussing it with the contractor, the incorrect sized unit was installed in the attic. I have met with the homeowner and the unit in the attic has been replace with a larger size

Permian Homes did have the water leak fixed, but will not be paying the water bill.

We will get these items taken care of.  We have an email address, phone number and website to send over warranty issues that have been given to the customer but there is a bit of a language barrier.  We have a Spanish speaking warranty representative helping them out on it now....

 Should all be done by the end of the month.

I am very sorry your upset. Customer service manager has spent more time with you than any other owner in the community, trying to make you happy. But you have my responses to your issues, please continue working with the customer service manager to close any legitimate warranty items. Please stop going to the model home, requesting the sales staff to help with warranty.

I am rejecting this response because:This is not an accurate response.  In actuality, the timeframe was closer to 3 hours and ONLY a pressure wash was performed.  [redacted] attempted to grind the concrete down and discovered that the stains are not surface related.  She advised that it was evident the concrete company had made a mistake while mixing which led to the staining.  She even made reference to the cement leading up to our front door, which was poured at the time of the foundation.  The color is completely different than that of the driveway and this is a result of an error.  I was advised that the NEXT course of action would be acid washing.  I expressed concern over whether or not acid would damage the grass.  If [redacted] and [redacted] had actually performed an acid wash at that time, we would have been told so.In addition, I was told that IF acid washing did not remove the stains, the next course of action to be considered would be painting/staining the driveway OR busting it up to be completed correctly.  [redacted] advised that [redacted] would likely be out to inspect the property as well; however, he did not show up.
