I am rejecting this response because:  We paid for 17 million emails to be sent out and [redacted] provided no proof that any emails were sent out, the only thing that occurred is website traffic was directed at our website through a service.  We asked [redacted] to send us the exact email that was sent through his service and he refused and said that he wasn't able to do that, we spoke with numerous other email marketing companies and every one of them said it wasn't an issue at all.  [redacted] also admitted that they don't actually own any of the email lists but rather use lists from credit card companies.  [redacted] claimed that almost 2 million emails were opened but he never provided me any actual data to support that but in that supposed 2 million not 1 person clicked on the YouTube video link we had embedded or the link for 2 free months and not one person signed up for the $4.99/month membership.  I find it mathematically impossible that if almost 2 million emails were opened that could happen, but I do believe it could happen when clicks on our website from a redirect service were used, we had thousands of hits at odd hours in the middle of the night and only for a few seconds.  Additionally the company claims on their website that 3 campaigns will be run and that never happened either.

I am rejecting this response because:Permission Based Emailing states on their home page “we provide the list” and “we mail out the campaign”  - We paid for emails to be sent out and we don’t believe that any ever were.  We have spoken with numerous companies that do the same service and they all said they would provide us with exact emails, ip address and actual proof that emails were sent out.  Permission Based Emailing has never done that.  Below is direct information taken off of their website and our issues in red just like here.Permission Based Emailing has been operating since 1997.
