Perozzi's Iris Farm

This iris seller is now located in Oregon. Significant issues last year and this led to receiving very poor quality product AFTER having agreed to "rollover" the order from 2022 to 2023. Additional items ordered and paid for were not included, and the seller agreed that a refund was due. Seller then argued about what was sent, and, despite being unable to prove her claim (and refusing to believe her own records) indicated the refund would not include an iris I had previously paid for. Refund was supposed to have been sent by mid October, now almost a month later and nothing. Seller has also blocked me on facebook and refuses to communicate any further. $65 refund due.

Review: The ship date was listed on the order form for late August delivery date. I have not received the delivery and they will not respond to my phone call

The purchase date was for April 28, 2013 and delivery is for late August and the amount is 132.00 to Perozzi's Iris Farm in NicolausDesired Settlement: Send the product or send the 132.00.
