The contractor (Perrenoud Roofing) has added four more vents not but I am okay with this and my insurance company is sending me a check and I will pay the balanceI have some trust issues and would like to keep this claim open until payments have been made and I have a clear dated and singed receipt saying I owe $and then I will notify the Revdex.com on this claim. It is to you folks that I have got the required action from this contractor and very much appreciate all your help

MY RESPONSENathan P*** (Perrenoud Roofing Inc.) came to my home about two weeks after this work was done and did the final inspection on 6-6-according to him and this date sounds about right to me. I went up on my roof on May 21st and saw all the vents that had been installed by his work crew on May 18th & May 19th 2016. Nathan P*** came and did his inspection after these dates and told me all was fine EXCEPT that five more vents needed to be added to bring it up to current codes that apparently his crew was not aware of at time of installation of the new roof. The five vents he said needed to be added have NOT been added to this date 10-9-2016 I sent the roofing company pictures of my house on Monday Oct 3, but not the garage. This was done by me on my own, to this date the roofing company never requested or asked for these pictures--Nathan P*** is lying about his requesting these pictures. There are currently vents on the house and one on the garage, the same as was installed in May when the original work was performed.Perrenoud roofing did contact me after not getting payment from my Insurance company but is lying about me stating that it was his responsibility to collect payment from them. What I stated was that in all my life with doctors, dentist and other two other housing claims and one auto claim (I'm age now) I have never had to contact an insurance company to get them to pay any of these claims that this was just part of there service do this and I assumed this would be the case here as well, I never told him it was his obligation or duty as he puts it, this is also a lie. I did not hear back on this issue after contacting my insurance company until I received an undated bill on Thursday Sep29, showing a finance charge and a charge for five vents still not installed. It was when I received this bill that I decided to go up and look at the roof to verify these additional vent had been installed and found that they had not been installed.I was not given me any paperwork on 6-6-when Nathan P*** did this final inspection, he just acknowledged that the job was not complete until these additional vents were installed and assured be the work would get doneHe gave me no date as to when these vents would be added so all I could do it wait until this work was done. These vents have not been installed yet the roofing company is trying to bill me for them.Nathan P*** (Perrenoud Roofing) claims he gave me paperwork on 6-6-when he did the final inspection to be submitted to my insurance company. This it not true, I was not given any such paperwork from him, the job was not finished according to him. I think this company it just trying to overcharge for work that has not been performedThis is a scam.All I want from the roofing at this point it either these additional vents added of the charge from them removed from the undated bill I received on Sep29, or have them installed. I want all finance charges, any interest or late charges removed from this last bill and I want all this in writing.I owe a total of $6,with when these additional vents have been installed(The charge for these vents is $275.70)or I owe $5,as is without these additional vents installed.I'm really not really sure what the roofing companies scam is that they are trying to pull but I am not happy with this whole situation and would like to have my insurance company pay the majority of this balance owed as initially planned. Until these additional vents are installed or an updated bill is issued as outlined above this can not be okayed by me

I have called Mr. [redacted] on 8-3-16 and 9-23-16 and left messages for him to call me regarding the payment for his roof.  With no response from Mr [redacted], I sent him an invoice with finance charges per the contract we signed and the roof being completed on 6-6-16.  He...

still has not paid his invoice. 
I finally spoke to Mr. [redacted] when he told me it was my duty to submit all invoices to his insurance company.  This is not true.   I gave all documentation to Mr. [redacted] on 6-6-16 during the final inspection.  He was instructed to submit this documentation to his insurance company for final payment.
In an email submitted to Mr [redacted] on 10-3-16 at 9:20 am I asked Mr [redacted] to sent a picture or response of how many vents were on the back of his garage.  With the pictures of the house he provided I saw 6 vents and had no pictures of the garage roof.  I asked him how many were on the garage and if there were not 5 additional vents we would return to install them.
If Mr. [redacted] would take the time to call his insurance company and get them to process the insurance claim this matter would be solved.  Instead Mr. [redacted] is on a hunt for our flesh for no apparent reason.

My experience with this company was very good from the moment I met [redacted] for his estimate of my roof until the job was done. The workmen were very hard working and did a very professional job. I love my new roof! They did a great job.

3. The work was completed quickly and they started when they said they would

I couldn't be happier with Perrenoud Roofing. I didn't know anything about replacing a roof so I did quite a bit of research in advance including getting the cost of the shingles I wanted and other materials from [redacted].
Perrenoud was the middle of three bids, the lowest being so low that something had to be inferior or missing in the product. The highest was nearly 2.5 times Perrenoud's bid using the same quality of materials.
The large number of consistently positive reviews on the Revdex.com and [redacted] (shingle manufacturer) web sites sold me, and they were absolutely right. The job was professional and competent from start to finish and the roof looks great!

Outstanding service/ company. Arrived on time, finished on time, outstanding work and very professional crew on my reroof. I HIGHLY recommend this roofing company.
