windows. They were not sure at the time weather to purchase Pella or Anderson Windows. They were however stressing the purchase of a PVC window for easy care. After several visit they choose Pellas PVC window. The original purchase order was dated on June *, 2016. After receiving measurements from his contractor, we felt it was necessary and a policy of our company to verify the measurements were correct. The final actual transaction date after the homeowner and his contractor changed the windows from Pella to Anderson Silverline [redacted] was around the end of July beginning of August. [redacted] never discussed Anderson 200 with us.[redacted] contractor came several times to our office in August and September prior to window delivery. He came to reconfirm the order and a projected delivery date. The windows could not be picked up by [redacted] contractor so we delivered the windows at no charge to our customer. The window were delivered and inspected by us and there contractor for any damages which is a company policy and there were none.We did get a call from Chris regarding the installations of the windows. He had install 2 single windows and they were not operating properly. We came the same day to assist Chris on what the problem could be. After our inspection of the installation of the windows we told Chris the contractor that the windows were improperly installed. We then suggested to call us back and we would help him install the windows properly. From that point on we never heard from the contractor or the client to allow us to assist . By not hearing from them we were left to assume that they installed the windows.Over the past month prior to your notice we have never heard from the client regarding any issues.
