I am rejecting this response because: this project was done times and is being re done by a new company. No discussion of ceramic tile happenedI purchased porcelain tileJonathan has an image of the tile with porcelain written on itNot sure who he is referring toWhen the first tile install was done, Doug said not to walk on it till the next day so I could only see the floor from my kitchenSo from ft away- the floor LOOKED acceptableDoug asked me then final checkJonathan never did a final walked throughWe walked on the floor the next day and as the grout and tile dried, the grout chipped and tiles were movingNone of the tiles were chipped at this timeOn the invoice, which was completed my a "worker" of Jonathan's, quarter round and quarter round install was included in the fee as well as all the materials including mortar and grout- no limit on how much was used. Doug told me the quarter round came pre paintedDoug was at my house a total of days while Jonathan was at the house a total of one day doing installTile was also free pick up and delivery which is stated on his invoice he emailed meTile was laid three times not twiceAgain not sure which customer had ceramic tile installed twice but we had porcelain tile reinstalled three times by Doug with Perrier Flooring

To start off the customer was showed that the floor was not level for ceramic tile installaion, but we used extra mortar to pack and level the  tile, so we didn't have to charge customer more money that I knew she didn't have. She  was 110% happy with the completed tile job and even...

referred  me  to one of her friends. There was no chipped tile or missing grout when my employee and I did a walk through.  When her boyfriend came over 2 1/2 hours later, I received a phone call from him saying there were chipped tile and missing grout.  Because I didn't want any problems, I set up a time to replace the  chipped tile and regrout areas that were not damaged when we did final walk through.  I went and ordered and purchased new tile and went and picked it up 4 hours away round trip drive time (because tile was discontinued) and bought more mortar/ grout also, all out of my own money.   We did tear out and killz the floor and purchased and installed white quarter round that we painted at no additional charge for them, which would normally  have been a charge of $625.  Above and beyond that, out of the  $1020 (THE  REMAINING BALANCE) I offered an additional $320 off. I personally came out there with my employee and laid the tile the second and LAST time.  We were there a total of 5 days because of how THICK the mortar had to be underneath the tile to level it, otherwise it would've never taken that long.  I went above and beyond for this customer as you can see, so yes I feel I have every right to put a lien against the

I am the owner of Perrier Flooring. The dates were changed because of where she purchased the vinyl was delayed & also dates were changed to go accordingly with her schedule. The claims of the rip, small tears, etc, were not present when we did a final walk through & she was happy & paid...

in full. First of all we moved all her furniture for free, because she had no one to help. Even though she purchased the vinyl from a separate company than Perrier Flooring, I went & picked it up & delivered it with no charge. I had to bring the vinyl back & have them cut the measurements because she did not provide the company with cuts that I gave her. Free of charge. We installed carpet, where we moved all the furniture also with no charge. She was shown where the carpet would end to the vinyl & was happy with where it was. She was on the job site most of the day & watched while being installed & was happy. She called a couple days later, saying she would like the carpet extended 8 inches into the kitchen. We came over the next day & did what was requested with no charge. The comment about the furniture is incorrect & was not charged for furniture moving. The job was a total off $2,430 NOT $6,900 like she stated. (see attached invoice). I don't know what she paid for carpet or vinyl, because she did not purchase it through me. She made a comment stating that I said, "I went way over what I should of done for you". This was taken out of context like most of her complaint. She stated that I had an attitude & was disrespectful. This is very untrue, we came over multiple times to fix a problem that either didn't exist or was not there the previous time. Perrier Flooring stands by our work. Even with this incorrect complaint, we have thousands of satisfied customers. There will not be a refund, because our contract was completed in full and the customer was happy 100% with the final walk through & Perrier Flooring was paid in full at that time.
