inside the restaurant telling the manger they are not paying the bill. According to Indiana law, if someone orders food and refuses to pay for it, it is considered conversion. It does not matter if they like It or not. Acapulco Joe's is always happy to replace an Item ordered or substitute it for something else. We always try make every customer happy. She said she is a regular eating here 2 times a month, but then complains to the Revdex.com that the food is bad. Their visits were 8 weeks apart. She was saying the food is terrible here. According to her complaint she has been eating here every few weeks. If It is so bad then why come back. If it Is bad enough to complain to the Board Of Health, then why eat it. The entire time she is complaining, her husband is telling the wait staff that they have never had a problem before that night. He said the food was great, but service could have been better, 1 think she was upset over the drink price and was looking for fault with the restaurant. As you see from the Facebook message she is on a mission to destroy us. No refund will be given. Directly Insulting and threating the owner or staff is not the way to resolve an issue. Berating wait staff is not appropriate. We will reassign a wait staff member at your request. The manager did not think this would resolve the Issue.

Review: After delivering our chairs to the school, I contacted Perrier Party Rentals to let them know that I was 1 chair short of the order and that 8 chairs were not useable. [redacted] (contact in the office) told me that the driver told her that he counted all the chairs with me, which was not the case and that she would have to check with their General Manager - [redacted] regarding any changes to the sales order and ask her to call me. [redacted] also asked me what I wanted done about the missing chair. I told her that I don't feel comfortable paying for something I didn't receive so a credit would be fine again she said I would have to speak to her Manager about that. I called the office back on Friday to get in contact with [redacted] but she was not available and [redacted] said she would ask her to call me again. I did not hear back from the [redacted] (General Manager) and when I called Perrier Party Rentals today (day before they have to pick up the chairs) to confirm the amount due, [redacted] answered the phone and when I told her about the issues I was having with my order she told me I was lying about the 1 chair shortage and that her driver told her that he counted them with me, which is not the case. I told her I counted the chairs myself and I am 100% confident that 1 of the 4 piles was 49 and not 50 and I contacted the company 20 minutes after chair drop off to let them know and her employee [redacted] said that her Manager would have to call me back to talk about the shortage. [redacted] told me I was wrong about the shortage and refused to give me a credit for this chair. I have not had such terrible customer service. This General Manager, was unwilling to listen to me and told me I was lying about the chair count when in fact I can confirm that shortage. I would be very weary of doing any further business with a company like this.Desired Settlement: I would expect a credit for the rental cost of the 1 chair I didn't receive.
