Review: I made an agreement with a salesperson for the purchase of a certified pre-owned vehicle after totaling a vehicle. After telling the salesperson of the expediency required in the transaction she agreed to sell a certified pre-owned vehicle for a specified price to include taxes and that I would pay additional fees for registration. When I had travelled 100 miles to purchase the vehicle with a check for the price agreed to, I was told by another salesperson the car was not certified pre-owned and would not include taxes required for registration. After speaking with a business manager regarding the agreement for the vehicle to be certified pre-owned that situation was remedied. Feeling the tax aspect of the agreement would not be honored I chose to purchase the vehicle because I could not be forced to let me time without a vehicle continue. After calling the salesperson I made the agreement with who confirmed that taxes would be included I was returned with insulting insinuations that my own ignorance made it so that taxes were not included. It seems as though the deal made did not exist and had the business manager not honored the agreement for the purchase of a certified pre-owned vehicle I would be incurring rental car fees that would force my price range for buying a vehicle down.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealership to honor the salesperson's agreement to include taxes in the price paid for, and that I incur the remaining registration fees.

Review: I purchased a used car from Perrine on August 16th 2013. I have been going back and forth with them about me receiving the registration for the vehicle. I was originally told that it is a NY title and since we are in NJ it takes longer. Then I was told that the title was lost in the mail. Then it went to they would have to reissue it. Then I was told it would be a few more weeks. In the middle of this I was unable to get another temporary plate from them due to the fact they already issued 2 and in NJ you can not issue more then that. I am now driving around for 4 months with a dealer plate on "my car". I am paying insurance and car payments for a vehicle that I technically do not have any claim to. I also have put over $300 in repairs on the car, in which I have the receipt On December 7th I was told it should be another 2 weeks ..On December 28th I was told another 2 weeks. On January 6th I was told any day now any day now. All this time I have been going into the dealership to et updates ..Not once have they called me to update me. Today Wednesday 01/08/14 ( almost 5 months since I got the car ) I went to NJ [redacted] only to be told that a title was issued on October 3rd 2013. So how is it possible any day a title/registration will be issued to me .. where has it been since then .. IF they have had it since October 3rd then why do I not have it ..Desired Settlement: If I do not get my registration by January 15th 2014 I want them them to pay off this car ... including the money back to me for repairs that I have made. I would like the money back for the 5 months I have paid insurance as well as the 4 months of car payments I have made including the down payment I have put down on this car. I would like to be able to purchase another car from them that is a "NJ" based car where I can have no issues getting the proper paperwork.

Review: The dealership charged me $1300 for work that did not fix the problem that I brought my car there for. They mislead me that the work that was done would fix the issues with my car. The work that was done did not address the issues and though I authorized the work, it was done under the pretense that they had diagnosed the issues and that by getting this work done, it would fix my issues. They then also charged me $160 for a loaner that I had during the snow storms.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed as the work that was done did not fix ANY of the issues I brought it in for. I had to take it to a different mechanic to fix the issues they claimed to fix.
