Juan S Perris Carports owner.In nov-04-mr*** *** place an order for two jobs,one at his property for $with $
deposit only.when we ask for the 10% ($400) and the other job as an special order at Los Angeles,also with the 5% down only.After four time of canceled the schedule,he decide to cancel the job at all.Now on july He call us to reimburse "his" money back
When he ask for an other quote,I gave him a fair discount "and" add the "250"to this,but he got angry and I ran home with many insults I can not say here.We gave him a warranty for any defects and he never said nothing about it into now hes angry about the money.We have a contract saying:"in the event buyer cancels the order,buyer shall receive no refund on the 10% down payment.in addition there shall be no refunds on special orders."

First the money was not any type of special order ,just a standard carport.second there where no scheduled installs ,none he's a liar He also told me the company told him it had been to long to return the depositI simply ask him to get off my property if he was not going to return the money .He also told my wife and myself that he would take care of any problem on her carport that she had and has not done so to date.It leaks it's not plumb,sheeting has dips in it and both *** and his worker verified the issuesin front of both of usHe does not have good business practicesHe contacted me and told me lets do business you know I have the best prices in town...! I didn't think I should respond to his text so I didn't.Just return my deposit that he owes my and he can go on with his business practices .Not the way I do business

There was never any scheduled appointments made by this company with us to fix anything ,if there was have you proof of this ,you don't because Your just trying to wheasal out of this
As for the deposit ,you have no right to keep my money when you did nothing but write and order for a future carport jobThe job was cancelled with you doing absolutely nothing but waiting for the job to proceed with measurements to build,which never transformed.That's why I won't and did not let them do the next carport I needed on my propertyThe guy has bad business practices and won't refer them to anybody...!

unfortunately when he cancelled the order I true the order.so im going to send the crew ti "fix it" and a check of $next week
