Review: We ordered an area rug on 4/29/14. The owner told my wife it would be 2-3 weeks until it was ready. It is now 6-13-14 and we still do not have the rug. We have at first left messages that went unreturned and now the answering machine is now off. This week I decided to drive by the business on [redacted] in [redacted]. I found a hand written note on the door that read "She had twins. Grandma is taking a vacation. Be back soon." Meanwhile, they have taken payment on the rug and have not communicated with us to where our rug or if order was ever placed because it looks like they have temporarily closed.Desired Settlement: We would like some better customer service and a call to alert us to where the carpet is and when will it be ready. If it is not ready soon then we would like a refund of our money. Thanks
