My wife took our vehicle in for an oil change on 7-15, the day she noticed oil all over our garage and driveway. She took it back on Sat. 7-16 as the motor was smoking from oil leaking all over it! They said that they de-greased the motor and added a qt. of oil. Sunday we noticed more oil on our driveway and in the garage. Monday she took it back again, and again they de-greased the motor and added more oil. I was working that morning or I would have handled this myself. At no time did they offer her a refund. I had to almost demand a refund over the phone. I asked for help in cleaning my driveway and garage. They gave me a container of cleaner which worked very well. the only positive about my experience with PERRY AUTOMOTIVE. they offered nothing for my 2hrs. of labor.
