Hello. I apologize for taking so long to get back to you about this complaint today. Myself and one of our Area Construction Managers, *** ***, met with Mr*** on 2/about these complaint items. Mr*** had submitted a YELP review that was not favorable and this was brought to our attention by our marketing department. *** contacted me *** and requested a meeting to inspect the items that he was concerned about. That meeting took place on 2/2. During that meeting Mr*** showed us each area of concern and we agreed to fix the items. Mr*** removed the YELP review based on our follow up on it. After the meeting with Mr*** Pacesetter Homes followed through on completing the items that we committed to. *** *** received confirmation from Mr*** today that all repairs have been completed and he is satisfied with them. *** sent the following Mr*** via text message, ”Hello Mr***, I just wanted to follow up with you to find out if you are happy with the repairs to your home.” Mr*** replied, “Yes sir it is fantastic. They did everything perfectly in my opinion. All that is left is the cleanup for the shattered old cement, it is in a pile in the yard. But I know they’ll get to it.” *** said, “OK great, thank you for your patience.” Mr*** said, “I appreciate your help.”I will follow up on the pile of concrete that was removed and make sure that it is cleaned up in the next couple of business days. Here is a list of the items that we repaired:Cracked concrete entry walk going to front porch. This section of sidewalk was broken out and replaced. Damaged metal skirting on left side of home from repair of fiber optic cable line. The metal flashing was repaired and the yard was graded in the areaDead grass on left side of house where trampled by Google Fiber repair crew. New grass was installed in this areaGoogle Fiber penetration on side of house needed to be sealed after repair. This area was caulked. These repairs were already nearing completion before Pacesetter Homes received Mr***’s Revdex.com complaint. Once we received the complaint we made sure everything was completed to Mr***’s satisfaction. Again, I apologize for the delay in getting this response to you today. Thank you for your understanding.Sincerely,*** ***Division Construction ManagerPacesetter Homes(***)***-***

[redacted], I wanted to follow up with you about complaint #[redacted].  I have asked my sales manager to follow up with you about these issues.  He is more aware of the full situation.  Below is a summary of what I have uncovered about this closing. ...

1.       On delays: As with any new home being built delays can happen. 2.       On the weekly update issue: No were in our contract does it say we will provide weekly updates but we do ask our sales reps to follow up with our customers.   3.       On the issue of the tub. The buyer wanted a tub that would not fit in the floorplan they choose. She saw the larger tub in another plan but that tub would not fit in the space on her chosen plan. 4.       On the appraisal issue:  When a buyer chooses to add upgrades and options they are told upfront that the appraiser may or may not give full value (cost) for those options and the appraisal could come in low.  We require our buyers to put down some deposit money on the options selected to cover any potential shortage. In this case the deposit money did not cover the shortage in the appraisal but Pacesetter Homes and the lender made up the difference so the buyer did not have to come up with any additional funds to close. 5.       On the interior wall.  When you have white walls not all imperfections show up.  When the issue came up we corrected it. When the buyer closed they seemed satisfied. I hope this helps, [redacted]
