Vehicle towed for being parked over the weekend with no pass. Offices are closed on weekend no way to obtain pass.My car was in the shop and my father loaned me his car. I picked up my father's vehicle on Saturday evening and it was parked in a Perry Creek, a non-reserved, space in the lot on Saturday night. I did not use the vehicle Sunday and when I left for work the vehicle was gone. When I called the towing company that removed the vehicle they stated is was towed because it did not have a "visitor tag" on the car. The Talis business offices are closed Saturday and Sunday. This make it impossible for a visitors tag to be acquired on those days. Regardless of how this issue is resolved or settled Talis perpetrated grand theft auto. " 14-72.2. In addition, Talis mailed, by direction of the Board, a number of letters and postcards regarding the parking rules and regulations. To ensure owners had enough visitors passes, the Board directed Talis to mail three passes to every home in Perry Creek to use in emergency situations. To thoroughly communicate this, notices were placed on all mail box kiosks reminding homeowners of the new rules. The current towing company hired by your Association has posted towing enforced signs in your community as well.
