Review: This is VERY simple, at first glance all seems well. After a few meetings with Perry, the owner of the business, we had agreed that I wanted to purchase a piece of property at his listing price and that he was going to supply me with a set of very simple, off the shelf, type of home plans so we could get started. This has been going on for about a year with numerous promises that continue to get broken and I hope this posing may help steer any other potential customer away from this horrible business; I am finished calling/hoping! I can't imagine these guys could even build a house, much less sell a piece of property!Desired Settlement: Please post anywhere this may be helpful to folks in my area!

We

regret that Mr. [redacted] is angry with us. We strive to satisfy our client

wishes and new home dreams. However we cannot meet every expectation,

and realize that sometimes the vision someone has of a particular

project and property cannot be met by us in their expected time period.

Especially when we are Working outside our normal building practices.

When

Mr. [redacted] first inquired about this property, he talked about building a

steel structure, and we said We would look at developing his plan. After some discussion, directions changed. At a much later date, he

advised me that he had not sold his property and they would get with me

later. Several months later he called to inquire about the property

again. This time We talked about putting a finished basement on the.

property with the potential of building a structure on top of the

foundation later. I priced the finished “basement” situation, however

before submitting The quote we had to see what was allowed, by the

county and by code for this structure on this lot. I did say I would get

back with Mr. [redacted] on several occasions, but I was waiting on some

answers concerning this plan. Before I completed all the research I

needed, this complaint was filed. Code and county issues sometimes take

longer to clarify than anticipated, and the interpretation of these

issues can make a pricing difference.

agree to sell the subject lot without me building on it for the asking

price of $59,900.00, allowing him to hire any contractor to work on his

project. A contract would have to be prepared immediately, as I cannot

hold the lot if someone else wants to purchase it,
