Perry Dental Solutions John P. Filutze, D.D.S.

I went to the above mentioned buisness to have a filling in my tooth on july 19th, it continued to hurt for weeks after, I called the dentist to see if it could be fixed he had nothing open until aug 16th, on aug 16th I visited the dentist to have it looked at, he grinded the filling down more saying that should fix it, on aug 18th I received a bill stating "adjust filling" balance owed $32.40. I was upset that the dentist was charging me to fix the filling he didnt do correctly the first time. so I called the office on aug 21st asking why the charge for fixing the filling, the female on the phone advised it was the differance between what I had already paid at the office which was $54.80 and what the insurance paid which was $86.80 on july 31st. the amount the dentist turned into the insurance company was $190, so that excuse makes no sense cause the differance isnt $32.40 which is the amount of the bill to adjust the filling. also the bill sent shows nothing in regards to insurance or anything I owed from july 19th just reads adjust filling. when I got home and read the insurance paper work and realized none of what the female at the dentist told me I called the dentist again, asking why I was being charged for something that should have been done right the first time, the female again answered the phone and was familiar with me for I spoke to her earlier, she said she was sending a different bill out, I said well ya after I brought this to you attention, again she advised it was the differance between what I paid and what the insurance paid and I said that doesnt add up. she said sir I dont know what to tell you, and I said im not paying the $32.40 for a filling adjustment that you should have done right to begin with, she got very upset and said she will sue me and hung up, I tried to call back and no one would answer the phone at the dentist office, my concerns are they are double billing, charging for services that should have been done correctly the first time
