Just called to see if someone would come out to fix an issue we are having with our front doorPatrick answered and was not very friendly on the phoneHe checked his calendar to see when he had availability to come out and came back to tell me he could come on a Wednesday at 2:00pmI said I preferred a time after 5:30pm if that was possible and he responded with, "If I HAVE to, I will." Obviously didn't seem like he wanted to, so I said, "Never mind, I don't want to put you out." And frustrated he said, "WHATEVER! FINE, BYE!" and hung upSo glad he didn't come out! I called back to let him know I didn't appreciate his tone, the way he spoke to me, and that I would be leaving a review on Yelp, and he said, "I don't care what you say, IT!" I would not call this company again and wouldn't recommend anyone else call them unless you want horrible customer service from a company that doesn't want your business bad enough to care
