Last year I decided to buy a new car for the first timeI was searching online and the most I liked was the infiniteWe went test drive few brands in the beginning of December I loved the infinite QXthe premium with the side’s sensorSo on the 31st of December we went to get my dream car at (infinite Escondido) They were very pushy I had no idea what is the deference between lease and buyingWhen he was explaining the lease to buy he gave me three option of mileage 10.000, 12.000,But he never mentions the price deference so I said That night when we waiting for ever for everything, And the seals guy lost one of the new car keys? We were singing the lease with the financial and all he cared selling more packages I guess this how it works .we bought a package that protect interior and exterior he said “ will call you around January to make appointment to bring the car and we do it for you” The seals man couldn’t find the keys he came and said I will call you no more than days to give you the other keyWhen the time came to get the car he was spouse to show us how things work in the carHe said” it’s very late I will call you guys in couple of a days and meet somewhere in between to go over the car” and we agreedThey called me after two days to tell me they over charged me tax I have to go back and resigned the contractWhen I went I asked her can I increase my mileages to that lady asked me my driving distance and she said” its okay but anyway with infinite you can always call and increase it”After resigning the contract I asked about my key they told me to wait outside someone will bring it to meI waited more than 45min nobody acknowledged me and the manager was sitting infront of me didn’t bother to ask why I am waiting or send someone to helpI got tired and mad and reach to one that kept walking back and forth and said whats up did you guys find my key or I should go, he went and came back after 10min and said sorry I couldn’t we will call youSo unprofessionalThey day we walked in before buying a car every one came to get our business and after we bought the car no one cares any more what a shame
We called that day to increase the mileages they said we can’t it has to be the day we signed the contract, so basically we were plaid around again
We left the dealership and never got a call back until my husband calls them almost two weeks laterAnd they said will call you backStill they waited two days to call back to make appointment and to give us the lost key
We went and got the car protected evidentlyI never thought about going around the car and check every inch because I assumed it’s a new car and it’s a luxury carAbout two months ago I was putting my daughter into her car seat and I saw paint chip in the sided underneath where the door close It’s no way that happened with the seatbelt because it’s always attached to the car seat and in an area that other car door can’t touchI called they told me to bring it next weekMy husband took it and they told him we can’t do anything about is and we don’t know when you return if it will cause you a problem
Again last night we were out and a friend of mine looked at the body and showed me that it is also defected front and backIt’s not perfect on both sides, like the part in one right side of the back looks more even than the left the same in the frontI feel like I miss placed my money the car every day I am finding new issue but they don’t want to help or take care of it, they keep calling about maintenance even after a poked the appointment alreadyThey just want you when you need to pay themI had used Lexus rxand the company way different very nice people and professional
My complain is I paid 5000$ down payment and paying almost 450$ a month for a supposable a luxury carIts defected from the outside who knows what wrong insideThey told me its premium but this premium doesn’t come with the side sensors or navigation system
I have two kids and I am getting scared of this car, don’t get me wrong I love the car but the defects that I keep discovering its getting meWith this amount of money I could’ve got fully loaded Lexus car
I NEED HELP THEY HAVE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THERE PROBEM

In reference to claim #[redacted].  On 6-26-14 we replaced the roof rails on the clients vehicle.  Client had contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs about his on...

going issues with the roof rails prior to the clients visit(6-26-14).  I contacted Consumer Affairs and informed them we would put new roof rails on the vehicle.  The new factory rails were ordered, received and installed on customers vehicle 6/26/14.  I currently have old rails on shelf ready for return to factory and will show upon request(pictures attached).  The client also looked at the finished product before the client left the premises.  A Infiniti DTS(dealer technical support) has contact us and we ordered another set of new factory roof rails for the client and will be installed by DTS on 7-22-14 or 7-23-14.(Infiniti Consumer Affairs is in contact with client).  As a courtesy to the client we will provide a full tank of fuel for any inconvenience. Thanks.

Review: Dan Arrington the sevice manager claimed that his department fix and on going issue with my QX60. The roof rails were supposed to be replaced with brand new set but they weren't. This dealership service department charge that they installed a new set of roof rails. The original rails where snap back into place and are now hanging off the roof of the vehicle.Desired Settlement: Replace the vehicle with the NEW set of roof rails that they were supposed to put on the vehicle. I am located 30 plus miles from this dealership so I should be reimbursed for travel cost.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from Perry Infiniti on 12/28/15. The transaction went well and I completed all of the required paperwork for my CA plate to be registered to my new vehicle. It has been almost 3 months now and due to the mistakes by Perry Infiniti, I still have not received my CA license plate. Due to the incompetence of their finance manager, [redacted] and the poor customer service from the Manager of this dealership I have not received any response about this issue and to this date my vehicle is still not legally registered. I risk being stopped by law enforcement and receiving a very expensive citation for this traffic offense. I have not received one phone call or response from this dealership in attempt to resolve this problem. I have received two letters from [redacted] advising me they once again, they made a mistake with my purchase paperwork and have to send corrected paperwork to the DMV.Desired Settlement: I would like my CA plate as soon as possible. I would like the Finance Manager, [redacted] to be reprimanded and I would appreciate an apology from the Manager of Perry Infiniti. I also would like the contact information for the person that overseas the operation of Perry Infiniti so they can be made aware of how this dealership runs their dealership. I have always love Infiniti's but after this issue I would think twice before I purchased an Infiniti and I think Corporate Infiniti should be made aware of the problems with this dealership.
