Hallmark is absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever had dealings with I was involved in a minor accident with one of their insured which was entirely his fault I received damage to my very nice sports car and he received no damage to his old van I filed a claim against his Hallmark coverage and after I received an estimate from a dealer to repair my car, Hallmark was anxious to issue me a check for the damage the same day After not receiving payment from Hallmark for a week, I had to follow up with them and they tell me that there will be no payment to me because their insured was using his van to deliver pizzas and thus voided his coverage They tell me, well you have collision coverage You can use it to get your car repaired Well, that is simply wrong I am going to pursue alternate means to get satisfaction from this low-life insurance company
