Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we completely sanded the truck bed down a second time and redone it free of chargeThe problem is the kind of work the customer is doing is causing all the problems the material was not designed to constantly be abused and have oily liquids that leak from hauling scrap metals like old motors leaking gas, oil and other liquids that breakdown the bedlinerI am sorry that this customer is unhappy with his truck but we can't keep redoing the bed on a year old truck that is used in such an abusive mannerI am pleased to say that any complaints we have have are tken care of in a timely manner and we try our best to treat all of our customers the way we would like to be treated and keep them happyThere are times when you get customers that you can't please no matter how hard you try [redacted]

These guys were super easy to deal withFrom the beginning with Brandon H., through the roofing job and until the end with Bernadette at the office I could not asked for an easier company to do business withEveryone was kind, professional, thorough and detailedAnd Bernadette was very patient with me through my insurance check/bank deposit delaysMy house is in Fort Smith and I would highly recommend them

I am rejecting this response because:Perry Roofing did not call or come by on Saturday It seems to me that my Warranty is not worth the paper it was written on and believe I need a full refund of my money These people are storm chasers and need to stop pulling people into their deceit I went into this with full confidence that they were trustworthy They are not What is my next step?Thank you,*** ***Regards,
