I had called and scheduled a chimney cleaning weeks ago for Satruday, April They told me that they would call the day before to confirm the appointmentWe received the confirmation call yesterday and we're told that they would be out today but wouldn't know what time until they put together their schedule this morning We were instructed to call after 8:30am to get the scheduled time
I called this morning at 8:and was told that they have to cancel my appointment and reschedule for another dayWHAT? Why schedule appointments if you aren't going to honor them? Why did you call to confirm yesterday that you were coming out only to tell me today that you were going to need to reschedule? You can't even give me advance notice? My time is too valuable to block days to accommodate the whims of YOUR schedule
We have used Ace of Diamonds for years and this is no way to treat a repeat customer
